The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, staff it’s rude. The place is a mess and extremely dirty and ever in the last time I went, I asked for double steak and I was given less than a full portion of steak. Food was good, but the women behind the register may have been having a bad day and/or needs an attitude check. Tried to scan a reward and in a rude tone of voice said “you don’t scan the reward till I tell you scan the reward” and then she couldn’t even get it to work anyways so I just said forget it.
The Westford location has redeemed itself a bit in the last couple of years. Previously, it was staffed by an entire crew of people who didn’t care about keeping the tables clean or stocking things properly for diners. This has definitely improved. Still, it could be cleaner. The folks making your food at the counter are usually very friendly and helpful though.
