Went to the store, got two bowls. Got home and they only put one bowl in the bag. They never gave me my reciept. The listed phone number doesn't work. Never order in person there.

This used to be our favorite place before few years. But since pandemic, dinning experience has almost everytime so so. Customer service - doesn’t exist, food - often some options go out of stock and many times rice is undercooked, cleanliness - so so, used to be well maintained. I don’t plan to go back anytime soon.

Honestly probably the worst chipotle in MA, Closed when says open, shorter staffed than a mom and pop shop, can never do online ordering and if i can the food comes out the worst possible way lol.

Stopped here yesterday on my travels home and got a burrito, was incredibly fast however, I started to eat it and it tasted off. I’ve eaten a lot of chipotle. I couldn’t even get through half the burrito. Got home and 3 hours later developed a very bad stomach ache. Threw up the whole lunch and my stomach is still very upset. Be cautious my friends, this is not fun

The food and service was decent but they need to clean their dining room. 230pm and I know it's after a lunch rush but too many employees on the clock not to be cleaning the dining room. Not a clean spot to eat.

absolutely disgusting! at this point just shut this chipotle down. this particular one is always only open whenever it's convenient for them. this is my third time trying to get food from here to my surprise it was finally opened the hours that was listed on the website instead of me having to walk away empty handed because it was closed by 3 pm any day of the week this time I chose to walk away empty handed because the inside was completely disgusting. as I was waiting in line to be served there were at least 7 employees just standing around behind the counter while the person serving the food did not even think to change his dirty gloves from order to order. there was trash everywhere in the restaurant, ever table was filthy. there was garbage overflowing in all of the trash spots which was flowing into the drink station. as a former food service worker I can't tell you how many food code violations there were at this place. Board of health would have a field day here. the man changing out the food that was running low had no gloves on with long dirty finger nails touching the food. did not think to swap the low food tin but instead just poured new food into the old food. as soon as I seen that my fiancé and I had to immediately get out of line and leave. as we were leaving that same man proceeded to yell at us for leaving. drove 20 minutes to another chipotle and so happy we did. definitely dodged some serious food poisoning we would of got from the westford one had we stayed.
This place is as busy as other chipotles around yet the most of the time the have some thing or the other missing. They either don’t have fajitas or beans or lettuce etc. the portion size is very small compared to other chipotles. I have recently ordered chicken bowl, there was barely any chicken in it.

They closed at 7 instead of 8 tonight, having run out of a number of menu items, but had no problem charging myself and other customers full price. What kind of Chipotle closes at 8pm on a Friday night, anyway?! The ones in my City are open til 10pm Friday and Saturday nights. A few customers showed up around 7:05 tonight, and the lady just said "we're closed" in a rude tone to them. No sorry, no reason for the early closure, no sign on the door. My food was made properly, however, the employees here are Not polite in the least. There are pizza shops nearby. If you need a quick bite, try one of those instead.
