“Its a very convenient stop at Big Apple to grab a coffee. The employee at the Dunkins counter who works many afternoons, Immanuel, has been offering excellent customer service. He is always pleasant & thorough, gets the orders correct every time. Great on the register. Even when busy, he makes sure to update & take care of everyone waiting. Being left alone there often times, he handles everything really well. Great employee.“

“We woke up early to try Kim’s Donuts because we heard so many positive reviews about this place. And, this is hands down one of the best places for high-quality freshly made donuts! The apple fritters were flavorful, studded with delicious apple pieces. Their classic glazed ones were also really good. They have the classic flavors, plus some fun flavors, and, they have Kolaches for those looking for something more on the savory side. The owner was super friendly too! “I really like their acai bowls but was told today when I got there at 4:25 that they wouldn't sell me 2 because tbey were closing in a minute and if I wanted one in the future the "more appropriate time to get one" would be 4pm. I was so excited today because I could get there by 4:30 when they advertise they close only to be told I needed to be there a half an hour sooner to get one. I guess I will have to find another place even though they make a good bowl. So 😔“

“I have been served by Curti and his wife, Kelly, for years now at both their Tyngsboro location and former location in Lowell. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and the food at this establishment. I was missing it so much when they were closed for renovations and I am thrilled to see them open again. Curti has always been so kind to me and has gone above and beyond with his generosity. I will never forget the time, many years ago, I showed up to Honey Dew with a terrible cold and he sent me home with a chamomile tea, on the house, because he told me it would restore me. He was right and I will always support a business that cares about their customers as human beings. If I can recommend anything, the egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area. In my opinion, it’s better than that of any restaurant or diner. “I absolutely love coming to this Dunkin' location! It has quickly become my go-to spot to grab a snack and enjoy a quick, relaxing break. The store is always spotless, spacious, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
What truly makes this place special, though, is the incredible staff. The employees are always so warm, patient, and genuinely kind. No matter how busy they get, I am always greeted with a big smile, and they go out of their way to make sure my order is absolutely perfect. You can really tell they put a lot of care into what they do—my frozen drink today was crafted perfectly and tasted amazing!

“Me and my husband was on a road trip from NYC and we stopped in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot there was a young man Justin or Justine on his break he overheard my husband saying what he wanted the line was long he returned from his break when I got to the counter both coffee was made to our perfection amazing and we tipped very generously“
