“unfortunately somewhat understaffed, but great staff who have to deal with some of the worst customers I've ever seen or even heard of. keep in mind that a lot of the negative reviews are Karens of the worst degree, the kinds to just lay on the horn in a drive thru because it's been a whole minute and a half.“

“This Dunkin is my go to location. They are friendly and close to my home.
Their quality check needs to be better.
The last breakfast I got came with paper in it and I had to throw it away. My digestive system didn't care for it either. It looks like the paper that goes between cheese.“

“I tried a Wednesday Night Dinner for the first time and they hit it out of the park. Stuffed pork tenderloin, butternut squash, spinach salad and Parker House rolls. Dessert was their delicious cookies. Generous portions. Reminded me of Mom's Sunday dinners.“

“I really like their acai bowls but was told today when I got there at 4:25 that they wouldn't sell me 2 because tbey were closing in a minute and if I wanted one in the future the "more appropriate time to get one" would be 4pm. I was so excited today because I could get there by 4:30 when they advertise they close only to be told I needed to be there a half an hour sooner to get one. I guess I will have to find another place even though they make a good bowl. So 😔“

“I have been served by Curti and his wife, Kelly, for years now at both their Tyngsboro location and former location in Lowell. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and the food at this establishment. I was missing it so much when they were closed for renovations and I am thrilled to see them open again. Curti has always been so kind to me and has gone above and beyond with his generosity. I will never forget the time, many years ago, I showed up to Honey Dew with a terrible cold and he sent me home with a chamomile tea, on the house, because he told me it would restore me. He was right and I will always support a business that cares about their customers as human beings. If I can recommend anything, the egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area. In my opinion, it’s better than that of any restaurant or diner. “I had the hot Cheetos rice dog and my 11 year daughter and niece each had a rice dog. Yummy. We also purchased 6 different flavors of mochi donuts. So good. The kids can not wait to go back . Definitely worth the 30 minute drive each way.“

“Food: 5 stars Service: 4 stars Atmosphere: 5 stars. The food is excellent. Absolutely top-tier for breakfast, they have a wide variety of drinks and food and they never cease to amaze me. Atmosphere is excellent, looks very modern and excellent color combinations. Only problem is service, not because of the employees but rather the school nearby. Not blaming the kids, this is an incredible place for breakfast or a quick bite after a long day, but just do be weary of the lines at around 7:40 am-8: am and 2:50 pm to 3:10 pm about so on school days. Overall, this places food is to die for when it comes to breakfast and brunch.“

“This was my first time at a Honey Dew. This place was great. I got some of the best iced coffee I've had in a long time! The flavor was bold but not too bitter. And it actually tastes like iced coffee, not cold brew which it seems other places have been calling iced coffee lately.
The two ladies working were nice and down to earth, we had a short chat while they made our order.
The food was just okay, it was hot and fresh, they even toasted the bagel. We got breakfast sandwiches. The only thing is, the food was kind of bland, which isnt the workers fault.
Over all, I'd give it 4.5 stars ⭐️“
