“unfortunately somewhat understaffed, but great staff who have to deal with some of the worst customers I've ever seen or even heard of. keep in mind that a lot of the negative reviews are Karens of the worst degree, the kinds to just lay on the horn in a drive thru because it's been a whole minute and a half.“

“They always always always do great over at Pelham bridge st location(referring to one not in plaza) . “I ordered a large number of donuts from here for my wedding dessert. I walked in one day to order and the counter staff was so nice, and I thought that would be it. Then, the owner exceeded my expectations by calling me to talk through the order and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even discussed ways he could modify some of the donuts to make sure I got my money worth in ingredients while allowing them to be hung on a donut peg board. Pick up was seamless and the owner even texted me after the wedding to see how the donuts were. Besides the customer service, people LOVED the donuts and they couldn’t have been more of a hit. “I tried a Wednesday Night Dinner for the first time and they hit it out of the park. Stuffed pork tenderloin, butternut squash, spinach salad and Parker House rolls. Dessert was their delicious cookies. Generous portions. Reminded me of Mom's Sunday dinners.“

“I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. “I came to this donut shop to try an alternative to Dunkin. I was impressed. I ordered at the counter and noticed they had a nice selection of donuts. I got a coffee and a donut. The coffee was one of those really good tasting coffees you seem to get every once in a while from the other place. IT was just good coffee and the donut was good too. This location for walk in has a ramp and a bathroom. This is a mobile gas station/store with Honey Dew inside. I will surely be back when i'm over this way.“

“It's weird to say this about a dunks, but this particular one is pretty special. I sit here for an hour or two in the morning to do some work a few days a week. I see the busy banter, the downtime banter etc. These people are amazing, even the owners. Friendly, funny, efficient. They all seek to get along very well too and seem to understand the common goal of speed and customer satisfaction. They remember names, faces etc. It's a unique environment here that I feel they are fortunate to have.“
