“I have been served by Curti and his wife, Kelly, for years now at both their Tyngsboro location and former location in Lowell. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and the food at this establishment. I was missing it so much when they were closed for renovations and I am thrilled to see them open again. Curti has always been so kind to me and has gone above and beyond with his generosity. I will never forget the time, many years ago, I showed up to Honey Dew with a terrible cold and he sent me home with a chamomile tea, on the house, because he told me it would restore me. He was right and I will always support a business that cares about their customers as human beings. If I can recommend anything, the egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area. In my opinion, it’s better than that of any restaurant or diner. Thank you, Curti for being such a wonderful person. You deserve all the success in the world!“

“I don't know who took over this store, but thank God they did. For the first time in 6 months, they finally put cream ON the bagel when I ordered it that way. I just assumed that they didn't do that anymore because it NEVER in 6 months came that way. I know this is intensely dramatic, but I don't care because they are finally paying attention to the details, and it matters.“

“We woke up early to try Kim’s Donuts because we heard so many positive reviews about this place. And, this is hands down one of the best places for high-quality freshly made donuts! The apple fritters were flavorful, studded with delicious apple pieces. Their classic glazed ones were also really good. They have the classic flavors, plus some fun flavors, and, they have Kolaches for those looking for something more on the savory side. The owner was super friendly too! “I really like their acai bowls but was told today when I got there at 4:25 that they wouldn't sell me 2 because tbey were closing in a minute and if I wanted one in the future the "more appropriate time to get one" would be 4pm. I was so excited today because I could get there by 4:30 when they advertise they close only to be told I needed to be there a half an hour sooner to get one. I guess I will have to find another place even though they make a good bowl. So 😔“

“I had the hot Cheetos rice dog and my 11 year daughter and niece each had a rice dog. Yummy. We also purchased 6 different flavors of mochi donuts. So good. The kids can not wait to go back . Definitely worth the 30 minute drive each way.“

“Nah the bad reviews are too harsh. This place is legit and I love coming here. They know many customers on a first name basis and are always polite. Any time there has been an issue with a mobile order they are quick to correct it or give me a better alternative.

Some of the familiar faces have left over the last 1-2 years, so I just wanted to say that I hope they are moving on to bigger and better things, because they deserve it.“

“Picture this: New Year’s Day. I’m surrounded by hungover individuals at my friend’s house (I was the DD all night). I must brave the cold walk to my car if I want to take a shower. As I am driving down the road, I see the sparkling oasis of THE Amherst Dunkin' Donuts. I am greeted at the microphone with arguably the best experience I have EVER had:

“SALUTATIONS! YOUR DUNKIN EXPERIENCE AWAITS!”

Now- I’ve been told to wait before. I’ve worked in customer service, so I get it. But this guy knows show business. He had that sparkle, that passion for customer service you only see once in a blue moon.

We are off to a fantastic start. I order a refresher and an old fashioned donut. Side note, my refresher is PERFECT. I am aware my donut choice is not for everyone, but this guy knew how to commit to the bit,

Listen, I’m already cracking up. I can barely hold it together. I drive up to the window, expecting to meet some sort of riddle master who wants to bargain for my first born. Get this guy a freaking award! In fact, make him audition for SNL.

I am greeted with the sweetest man who takes my card and gives me my food. It was not the same guy who took my order, as he was a bit more subdued in nature, but it is clear this crew works seamlessly together. I am pleased as punch to start the new year off so whimsically!

“The morning crew at this location is awesome. I actually look forward to getting ready in the morning to make my 2 mile walk. The vanilla pink latte has been my go to but today they turned me onto the tiramisu latte!. The crew is always attentive, fast, and most definitely funny.
