approx 3:45pm on this day, I entered the place shared with Shell Gas. Stopping about 10 ft from the counter, a "texan" looking woman I describe with wide hips, a lanyard hanging from her hip and left forearm tattoo AUTOMATICALLY assumed an order of coffee before I placed it. On occasion, I change it up. When she presented it on the counter, I then told her "this is why you don't jump to conclusions". She normally ALWAYS has a "last word" or additional comment, but finally had nothing to add. Previously, I've had to tell her "The customer always has the last word", only to catch the same rep suddenly chatting and glancing in my direction as I pull out of the parking lot. I have also heard her speak to visiting friends "I can't give you anything yet......I just started a couple days ago." In today's event, I refused purchasing the coffee only to have the Shell rep attempt to ease the situation forced by her. I now cringe at any visit to that location expecting her next "event" or forgetting I am the customer and she is the service. She would have been fired by now, if she worked for me. Her antics do not reflect the service and courtesy normally experienced by others in the same location.
The store location is 190 Amherst Street, Nashua NH sharing the building with a Shell Gas Station on NH Rt 3 (North bound) exit 7E right on the corner.
