“my name is Jonathan Barron. I travel to different Dunkin’s locations to help the company their distributors and customers I have traveled to this location today being my fourth time. I will start by saying floor manager Christina the three times out of the four times I’ve been to this location. She has been very helpful on serving me not knowing. I am a customer that travel to different locations to write reviews for the last three times she had needed to serve me. I was wondering why? I have been coming to this location” to see their service because I had noticed the reviews were low. The times I have traveled to this location. It has been a great experience. Christina has served me three times as I mentioned and she is a great floor manager that could use a little help requested by me to increase the funds to this location so she can hire new workers and add to payroll I am aware that there are three individual workers that call in absent, making it very hard for her to manage the floor with the lack of employees, the current employees that worked today April 8 at 8:42 AM we’re working very hard to keep up with all the customers that were in the store and the drive-through I seen 10 customers in the drive-through and nine customers in the store I was currently in the drive-through I had came into the location personally to order my coffee one of the employees that was operating the headset for a drive-through had attended the cashier at the front desk, which I believe would not be good for work effort due to the pile up in the drive-through and in the store cashier for front desk must be stationed at that location drive-through operators must be at their station as of placements to help the flow of customers and satisfaction as I had ordered my coffee the employee that took my order had accidentally loaded $50 but needed Christina to cancel the reload to add what I had requested to put on the employee that had took my order made this mistake, not on purpose due to the overwhelming of the pile up I was also recognized by another employee that was very polite and helpful to acknowledge that I was still in the location and asked if I needed anything I had said I would like to talk to Christina more about what she would need for the location to speed up the service for the customer satisfaction as I told her who I am, and what I do for the company, I write this not to get any of employees that currently work at this location in trouble they are absolutely great for this location. The reason of my review is to request that the company help with the funding of new employees to add to the location for different days of chefs for each employee, I will be traveling to this location for a while to see how the services change I also will be traveling to this location to see that the current employees that are working are still remaining here as they are great for this location. I will be calling in very shortly to speak to the company directly thank you for being. A great provider for the world.Wheelchair accessibility: walkway would need to be slightly repaired, but overall great for wheelchair accessibility customers are very polite if wheelchair user needs any help feel free to ask“
“Some of the best coffee I have ever had. Multiple gluten free food options. Very nice atmosphere. Wonderful cups and mugs to drink coffee from. We are lucky to have a quality coffee shop to go to.Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free options to choose from. I usually have the bagel and it is very good.“

“I dont write many reviews - most places are middling at best - but i had to write one for here. Their food was fantastic (and I only got delivery - bet it's better in person). Bacon crispy, homefries crispy and well seasoned and they actually did eggs over medium properly (not overcooked - like most places). “The egg rolls are so delicious and addicting (I've tried crab rangoon and spinach fillings). They have great vegetarian options too. The boba tea is also really good (I recommend the green tea one) but can tend to be on the sweeter side (you can adjust sweetness). The staff is very friendly. The location itself is quite small so I tend to take the food elsewhere or eat there then head out. I would not recommend their tofu bento because it was very dry and tasteless.“
“I went back to this place recently and was really disappointed in myself that I didn’t go back sooner. My friend and I’s smoothie was amazing and she was impressed with her pop tart. “I happened to be driving through Westford yesterday morning and stopped here on a whim. I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with folks chatting at tables and others stopping in for a quick breakfast. I picked up a French breakfast muffin (nutmeg with cinnamon sugar) that was excellent. I also bought one fresh scone and several day-old scones that have been incredible. The cinnamon chip was a favorite in our house. This bakery is a great local spot that I look forward to supporting again!“
“Our first time coming to this cafe and it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is friendly as well. It’s very warm with lots of details. I am very impressed with the quality of the food and specially their drinks. The price is worth it. It’s not too expensive but not cheap either. You can definitely work with your laptop here while having a drink or just chat with friends while enjoying a delicious latte. Their drink menus are broad with different unique options. I am very happy with to have come to this cafe. The manager is super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to friends. “I found 978 Cafe a couple weeks ago and have already been back three times! The owner and his wife are SO nice and genuinely care about their customers. When regulars come in, they were greeted by name and asked if they were ordering their usual. Places like this have always stood out to me.Food is AMAZING! I highly recommend the Boston Burger and the Sweet Chili Meatball Sandwich, they are so good!I usually get an iced caramel coffee or a hot dulce de leche coffee and both are delicious!After coming here multiple times, I can definitely say that the consistency and quality of food / drinks will keep me coming back. “I was really looking forward to trying Vietnamese coffee from a café for the first time and my expectations were met and exceeded! I even got to try a version of cold foam that was completely new to me which added a wonderful sweetness to the strong flavor of the Robusta beans. The staff were friendly, kind, and patient with me as a new customer. I'm sad this location will be closing soon for renovations but look forward to trying their 2nd location a few minutes away in the meantime.“

“I absolutely loved these guys boba tea! Compared to many different boba shops I've been to this one was unique... Not only do they have over 100 selections! ( something that's not seen a lot) but do they also have a variety of snacks including waffles, corndogs, and macarons. I always enjoy getting the Taro milk tea with lychee jelly, always a favorite.. I recommend these guys as they are also a small family run business not those high end company brand ones...so love in each drink is always amazing.10/10.“
“We love this bakery! They have great pastries, but only if you arrive early enough. Unfortunately it is very popular and they do run out of popular items early. We enjoy the elephant ears, pain aux raisin, as well as the lemon tarts. There are other bite size pastries that are crunchy with a cream inside at checkout... I wish i could remember the name because they were DELISH. The cashier sold me and I'm so glad she did. Small standing area, not much seating, and typical bakery look, but there are also a few cases of chocolate with the pastries. Overall a great local spot, we just wish things were there a big later/ fresh throughout the day like some other local bakeries“

“After our weekend morning workouts my wife and I come here for coffee and brunch. First let me say I love that they have so many different flavors of coffee but it is done without using syrups! It's also wonderful that they change the flavors along with the seasons. The coffee alone is a great reason to stop by. Even on busy weekends we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for coffee/food. Their food is excellent as well, we've had their breakfast sandwiches along with their lunch wraps and paninis and they never disappoint.“

It's got the donuts perfectly displayed in a glass case like I'm at a French pastry shop or something. It's also got a mini bar situation with different flavors of iced coffee/brews on tap. This dunks isn't messing around!It's wicked clean, has friendly staff, and it's got a picture perfect wall to snap a pic while you're slapping your straw or snagging napkins from the mini counter. How dreamy. I either get a small iced coffee with Carmel swirl, or over the summer I get their seasonal flavor every time: Butter Pecan with just milk. I'm drooling just thinking about it. I've also never had a mess-up with my order here. Not to mention the height on this strawberry glazed donut? Look at the puff. They're serving donuts as fresh as they can be for a Dunks. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. “As someone who doesn't eat out much, I found this to be a nice cozy breakfast/lunch cafe (despite being collocated with an auto repair shop, which makes parking a challenge). The staff were courteous and pleasant to interact with. The meatball sandwich was very tasty and quite hot with lovely melted cheese. The Italian bread was toasted and delicious. The salad was fine, but quite plain with just lettuce, tomatoes, and Italian dressing. I would have preferred to get actual plates and cutlery rather than wasteful disposable ones; that's one of the reasons I chose to dine-in. Overall, a very good experience, and I will make an effort to go here again.“

“I’m a big fan of bubble tea. I love the Thai milk tea with bubbles. It tastes amazing. I keep going there very often. This is a clean and neat store. It can easily accommodate 25-30 people. Service time is quick, you should get your order within 5min. They are slightly pricey compared to other joints. Parking could be an issue. You will have to find a street parking, which could be challenging over the weekends. Staff is friendly.“
