“This McDonald’s in Pelham, NH is one of the best when it comes to Customer service. They are always polite when taking and giving your order. If they have you waiting too long for an order, they promptly apologize and are willing to give you gift coupons.Catherine one of the Manager is extremely nice and makes an effort to know all the regular customers. Furthermore my food & coffee is always hot & good. Keep up the good work you guys are an outstanding crew.“
“unfortunately somewhat understaffed, but great staff who have to deal with some of the worst customers I've ever seen or even heard of. keep in mind that a lot of the negative reviews are Karens of the worst degree, the kinds to just lay on the horn in a drive thru because it's been a whole minute and a half.“

I live next to it and go at least 4x a week and they always get my order right and it's not always the same thing. My husband agrees how great they are there! Thanks and keep up the great work! “Some of the best coffee I have ever had. Multiple gluten free food options. Very nice atmosphere. Wonderful cups and mugs to drink coffee from. We are lucky to have a quality coffee shop to go to.Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free options to choose from. I usually have the bagel and it is very good.“
“We just had our daughters first birthday party at the nest and it was wonderful. Aside from my son getting sick on the way to the party and him and my husband missing the whole thing... it was pretty perfect. The space itself is so cute and well designed for young kids. There aren't many options for winter parties for toddlers and this space is set up so well for this age group. They have a nursing area, a changing table set up, and little play areas for babies and toddlers with a busy board, kitchen set, and other toys. Communication to organize the party was great and the staff, Jessica, was there the day of the party who helped setting up and was really sweet and supportive with the dilemma of my husband and son missing the party last minute. All and all it was great and I highly recommend. The only downfall for me was I didn't read all of the fine print and didn't realize I wouldn't be able to bring all of my own decorations. They offer a lot of great decoration options, but you need to buy them, which wasn't feasible for us as it was Already an expensive party. If they offer something on their add on list for the party you can't bring your own. I could still bring some helium balloons and some framed photos of my daughter that were cute but I would have liked to do more decorating if I could have without the added expense. Another big positive was being able to bring some alcohol drinks for the adults, and the desserts. This business in general is a blessing in this community. They have a donations area for baby things like diapers. They've been such a great addition to the area“
“I found this place to be very inviting. It was my first time there and just be aware parking may be an issue if you go on a weekend day. I came for coffee beans and they have a good selection and priced well. I also bought a muffin and did not catch the price until it run up. It is pricey compared to others in the area but it is very good. Definitely a place to visit.“

“My company used Boston Common Coffee Co. years ago and I loved their coffee so much I continued ordering it after I left the previous org :) I am obsessed with their flavored beans and drink the Winter Wonderland year round. I will die if they stop making it! Can’t wait for Pumpkin Spice to come back. And the company is just awesome too.“
