Employees attitudes are atrocious; I don’t think I’ve gotten a friendly experience there in months. I will say they know how to make a good coffee although they skimp on the ice even when you ask for extra ice but seriously just work on your customer service cause it
I did the drive through during the morning commute and the service was pleasant but so incredibly slow. Two cars ahead of me got a coffee, nothing crazy, just a coffee. They were waiting 10 to 15 minutes at the window to get it. To be fair i don't know if there was anything unusual about this coffee, just seems like it would have made sense to ask then to pull forward while someone made it for them. Nope, we sat and waited. unfortunately somewhat understaffed, but great staff who have to deal with some of the worst customers I've ever seen or even heard of. keep in mind that a lot of the negative reviews are Karens of the worst degree, the kinds to just lay on the horn in a drive thru because it's been a whole minute and a half.
