Place is definitely on the up, all of the old, rude staff seems to have been replaced with friendlier people who actually seem to care about their job and keep things stocked. definitely better than a few months ago

The food is good, but the help doesn't have ANY Customer skills. I waited 4-5 minutes, I could hear them in the back, a girl walks by with a trash bag and doesn't acknowledge that I'm there,walks back by, no eye contact. Finally, someone comes out, don't have the bread I want, the oven isn't working. They choose to not train their people, kids all know they pay the least around and you get what you pay for. We ordered from this place twice through the website. The first time we ordered they forgot to put double meat in one of the subs along with the wrong kind of cheese. It wasn't a bad order and mistakes happen, so we went for a second one.This order they messed up the type of bread and cheese on different subs.
