“Ordered on the app went in and waited which is fine but when you order in the app and request cream in a coffee and I check it and it was black the person behind the counter when I said something puts a drop in the coffee and I said no I need more she dumps the coffee and doesn't make a new one and then adds more and it tastes horrible. I got a siphon and it was so good I went back and got a pour over. well-trained and genuinely friendly staff - they weren't just painting on a smile. a pleasure to visit a place that takes coffee as seriously as it should be taken. it's a half hour from the house but I can't wait to go back. “Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“I really like their acai bowls but was told today when I got there at 4:25 that they wouldn't sell me 2 because tbey were closing in a minute and if I wanted one in the future the "more appropriate time to get one" would be 4pm. I was so excited today because I could get there by 4:30 when they advertise they close only to be told I needed to be there a half an hour sooner to get one. “Change can be hard. When we learned that Acton Coffee House was sold and that changes were going to be made, we were skeptical. After all, what was wrong with the old format? Chris & Meredith, the new owners had big ideas. They excitedly mentioned some of the changes that they'd planned, including the new seating arrangements. Could that possibly work for our often crowded daily morning group? We weren't sure. But Chris has been accommodating and solicitous, and assured us that he'd make it work for us ~~ And he has.
In addition, new yummy food offerings are now available ~ bagels & lox, avocado toast, yogurt parfaits, and overnight oats. (My husband's favorite)
As before, the barristas are friendly, competent, and cheerful.
The only change that disappoints me (and this is minor), is the placement of the baked goods. I used to derive great pleasure in watching the young children walk up to the pastry window at their eye level, trying to decide which of the treats to choose..

I am greeted when I walk in. I also make sure that my server has my respect as well. this a shout out goes to charlotte very polite greets me every time I come into the store when I ask her for my order it’s made perfect and when she makes my sandwich it’s like steaming hot when it comes out which is awesome the best way to put it that way to see her smile early in the morning or on the time I come in it’s good to see employees at a location being happy to be at work it brings good vibes to the location overall a hard worker and very dedicated to where she is working at the time. Hope to see her for a long term I hope. Dunkin’ District Manager sees this review also want to give out a shout out to Owen eight another hard dedicated worker very polite, and has never messed up with any of my orders. Don’t see him as much because of the time that I enter in the time he goes home. Occasionally I do see him every single time I do see him greets me. He’s a good morning, and looks very happy to be there which gives good vibes and good energy to others as well as when I go and get my order I feel comfortable going in and feel comfortable leaving and glad to see two workers that I recommend to stay the other employees. Parking: you can park up by the gas station and directly by the store. There is an additional parking lot down the stairs by the air pump, machine and closest to the store. There’s a stairwell that goes down to another parking lot further down if you do not find a parking lot space by the gas pumps or the Dunkin’ location on the right side of the gas station, but there are plenty of parking down below

Prices are a little high and there’s no bathroom that I saw ( maybe have to go outside after asking for a key, I don’t know) but what fun we had!
