Ordered on the app went in and waited which is fine but when you order in the app and request cream in a coffee and I check it and it was black the person behind the counter when I said something puts a drop in the coffee and I said no I need more she dumps the coffee and doesn't make a new one and then adds more and it tastes horrible. I go to this Starbucks only on the weekends. I have a picture of the coffee so disgusted
Great customer service! Placed a mobile order for a coffee and snack, the app didn't tell me they were out of the snack. So when I showed up to pick it up, they gave me a brownie in its place (definitely better than the snack I had ordered) AND a gift card for my next coffee.
I been coming here for 2 years now and absolutely love this location!! The only location that gets my coffee right every single time… the staff are amazing always above and beyond for their customers..

Additionally, service was upsetting and disappointing, with only Nick greeting a customer, while the barista and manager Andy did not speak to them.
