The customer service here was incredible! My son has allergies which takes more attention and they were really busy so I felt bad. However, they didn't bat an eye and went out of their way to make sure the food he got was safe. I really appreciate them and the people waiting behind us for being so patient!

I had an unpleasant experience at the Chipotle Chelmsford location on Drum Hill Rd. The employee or manager made up their own rules during the BOGO deal on August 20th. I had gone in store with a blue shirt and hat and a small backpack and she said the deal was students only. I told her that I was informed by the rules online that all I had to do was wear was a school accessory and I was wearing a backpack. Extremely unprofessional environment. Rude staff, dirty restaurant, refusing to speak in english, employees chatting on the phone on speaker on the job. Not sure if the food quality is good. Worst chipotle I have ever visited. I am now worried about food poisoning. Corporate office please take notice.
