“I stumbled upon this location while I was lost and looking for my hotel... I'm so glad I did! The staff were friendly and helpful! Despite showing up shortly before closing, they took their time to give me directions! Thank you! ♥️“
“I use the drive thru for breakfast, usually just before the changeover to lunch. The food is McDonald's food, if you like it, you like it This location is pretty consistent on the Egg McMuffin. The hash browns are occasionally a bit greasy. The staff is reliably friendly. They have a pretty quick turnaround. They recently renovated inside so I don't know what that's like.Unfortunately, the app often does not work. Nobody seems to know what the problem is. They're pretty good at dealing and you can give codes from the app at the drive thru so okay. The service is much better than the location on rte 4 in before; the prices are a little higher than the one on Middlesex in Burlington.I do like getting emergency fries after grocery shopping.Parking: There are fewer than usual parking spots, but it's adjacent to the larger parking lot next door so there is plenty of space nearby, but not as convenient. The lot is one way and the entrances aren't laid out as well as they could be so you might have to go around a couple of times.“
“I just went to this Dunkin, not 15min ago and when I rolled up to the mic the person said “Good Morning Jazmin you’re all set!” I didn’t get much sleep last night so this confused me for a minute and then it made me laugh and I thought I better leave these guys a review. I started coming here at the beginning of the school year, it’s not on any of my normal routes but it’s not far out of the way, it’s the closest after I drop the kids at school and the the Dunkin north of it can be slow and some of the employees a little clueless and the Dunkin south of it is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen full stop. I think some of these reviews are ridiculous and evident of the part customer play in the slew of bad experience we’ve all been having and seeing post COVID; it’s a two way street and yes customer service has declined and so have customers dispositions and patience. Everyone is stressed out, a lot of employees have little to no experience because most of the ones that new what they were doing quit for the boosted unemployment checks during COVID, not blaming them it is what it is. A little consideration can go a long way and we all should know by now that when corporations take a huge financial hit, the first thing to go out the door is courtesies because they’re trying to scratch back their loses anyway they can; don’t take it out on the employees. This location has always been clean and efficient and I’ve never had a bad experience even before some of them knew me. Maybe not all the employees are the most chipper people I’ve ever met, but why do they need to be? They’ve never been disrespectful or contested my order if I said something was missing, they just went ahead and fixed it or got it. If you live in the Boston area and don’t know what Dunkin is by now we don’t know what to tell you. If you’re ordering $5 drinks at Dunkin and complaining about it, you probably belong at Starbucks and you should go there if you prefer it and wait 5 hours for a drink; not sure how that’s Dunkin or the employees fault. With a Starbucks up the road it sounds like they went to Dunkin deliberately to complain about it. Although I frequent Dunkin much more I like both places for different things but they are different kinds of places in my mind like apples and oranges. I find the mobile app helps to prevent order mistakes or line hold ups especially when I’m ordering a lot. If there’s an item I want that’s not on the app they gladly add it to my order if I let them know at the speaker.“
“The food is usually very good. Three of the four people in our party were happy with their food. I was the one not too happy. At 6:30 I was informed they were out of their short ribs special which I wanted to order. I then went to the next special. I ordered a muscle and scallop scampi. The scallops were very mushy.“
“Nice location with gas station and drive through option. Ordered sourdough egg and cheese and they were able to happily customize it for me. I asked for tomatoes on the egg and cheese and they added it that enhanced the taste of the sandwich. Even for the egg, they added double for just 3.80$. Really good taste better than other fast food sandwiches or coffee shops. Good packing and sandwich was served hot and fresh.“
“So the day I went I was gonna do the drive thru cause having a kid it's just easier than getting him out the car seat to go in and back out to go back in the car seat for an iced coffee and donuts however the drive thru was broken and there wasn't any signs so we did go inside anyway and I asked the crew and they said yes it was broken so I asked why is there nothing saying it's not working and they didn't have an answer lol however got the donuts and iced coffee and the kid that took the order was nice and went and put out a sign the coffee was amazing that day to ? donuts aren't the same but my 2 year old doesn't know that he was happy to“
“Some of the best coffee I have ever had. Multiple gluten free food options. Very nice atmosphere. Wonderful cups and mugs to drink coffee from. We are lucky to have a quality coffee shop to go to.Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free options to choose from. I usually have the bagel and it is very good.“
“this place is so wonderful, a cozy interior that you can meet the owner, Peter. he is so knowledgeable and kind, their coffee is outstanding and delicious. for food their tuna wrap is my go-to but i am going to have to try all their snacks!“
“Best breakfast sandwich on the planet (bacon egg and cheese on a homemade biscuit). Coffee drinks have all been phenomenal as well. Parking can be tough at peak times but always worth an extra lap if you can swing it.Kid-friendliness: Lots of sitting options, things to look at, sometimes art supplies out for them to draw with.“
“I eat here often and never have had a bad meal. It’s a small family run restaurant. Service is good and food is usually quick. It can get busy on weekends so service can take longer sometimes. It’s basic breakfast nothing fancy but it’s good.“
