I have to say this dunkins used to be better, but lately I feel it has gone downhill. From the rudeness in the mic at the drive thru to the lack of care when it comes to making someone breakfast whether it be food or beverage. I just don't know where to start. I used to work for dunkins for about 15 years and I was always kind and courteous. I never said, " hi, can I help you," through the mic because that's rude. Because the staff at this location has been nothing less than cheerful and kind towards me, I’m giving them 5 stars (even though I ordered the tomato hummus and upon opening the box to eat it, discovered that the staff member that prepared it, neglected to include any tomato slices.) #tomatolessinBillerica #refusing2bKarenish
