I ask for my order to be fresh not something that has been laying around food was fresh but they tried to throw in old fries I handed them back and said I ask for fresh and I did not receive any ketchup in my order to go
Food usually good but what's the deal with the drive-thru lane order queue inconsistency? More often than not, one lane will take 4-5 orders while the other, even though it has the same number of cars, will take 1 order. The result is like a 5:1 ratio, so if you pick the wrong lane, you end up being served after people who have arrived and not had to wait.I have been stuck in Lane 2 while the car in front of me waits to order, but lane 1 will continuously take orders. excellent customer service, I had not had a good burger for 2 weeks and I must say that the treatment was incredible. The employees are extremely friendly. I will be able to go home to Florida happily.
