I am a big fan of this restaurant. Whenever I am in Billerica I make it a point to stop here.
I was in a time of desperation and I had to get McDonald’s for my girlfriend and her whole family. I had no Wallet in my phone died so Apple Pay wasn’t working. Alex and Jake provided the food for free and made sure that I was able to feed my family.
They do not practice safe food handling. I watch the person making sandwhiches on a cell phone, wearing the same gloves touching her phone thst touched the food. Also got my order wrong 2 days in a row. The receipt was correct though. So, it was not the drivethrough person's mistake. It is the food preparer.
