Went for lunch. Menu has dramatically downsized and prices went up. We were asked if we wanted rolls. We said yes, but we were never brought any. My mother recieved undercooked chicken wings and we pointed it out. As we are getting ready to LEAVE the waitress offered new wings. We would have taken up the offer had it been while we were eating and not as we are paying our bill to leave. No offer to comp the under cooked chicken or anything. Won't be going back here.
I’m never one to complain but I went to Stelio’s this morning and I had a piece of toast on my plate that had a legit bite taken out of it. The waitress was really nice but didn’t even offer to take the cost of my meal off the bill (which was $53 for me and my three young daughters). None of us could even finish our meals after that because we were so grossed out. I grew up in Billerica and used to love Stelio’s but we certainly won’t be returning.
