I asked for tomatoes on the egg and cheese and they added it that enhanced the taste of the sandwich. Even for the egg, they added double for just 3.80$. Really good taste better than other fast food sandwiches or coffee shops. Good packing and sandwich was served hot and fresh.“

“I was finally able to get to Somebody's Place to get my hands on their donuts. They made super cute heart shaped donuts for Valentine's Day that I didn't get a chance to grab. The long anticipated wait to try these donuts was completely worth it. Their hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 2pm. They know what they're doing. When your product is this good, you can make whatever hours you want. You build up the hype this way. You can't make these available on the weekends. I would be a regular here. I was able to bring the kids along with me and they were just as excited as I was to walk through the door. The inside of the place was cute with several tables to eat. They must have known we were coming as they had a high chair placed in front of the donut case for my littlest who climbed that thing with ease. My eldest in predictable fashion picked the chocolate frosted and my youngest nabbed the last strawberry frosted from the case. For the husband and myself I picked an apple cider, apple fritter, honey dipped lemon, and the fried dough, as recommended by the staff (amazing choice by the way!!). The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful. I ordered a hot coffee and even that was delicious! Instead of the kids asking, "Are we there yet?", every minute of the drive I was asking the kids, "Can I eat my donuts in the car?". I maintained composure and waited. Each donut tasted flavorful, soft, yet perfectly slightly crispy on the outside. I think my favorite of the bunch was the fried dough because it was so light and fluffy. I make far drives for good food, especially donuts, and this rivals some of the best donuts I've had. It's tough since this place is actually pretty close to me. From start to finish, just an enjoyable trip. I will be back to try other things. I had tunnel vision. They have a whole menu, but they had me at donuts.“

“Look at this deliciousness!! I went to Pop Donut this morning (297 Andover St, Lawrence, MA) and got assorted piles of sweet goodies (I have 6 kids so I got a big variety) . These are the best donuts around, hands down. They deserve way more attention than they get on here. I call them My hidden donut jewel lol they’re light and fluffy with a beautiful rise.. perfectly cooked in clean oil (you can always taste when the oil is old). I got Boston cream, jelly filled, blueberry , honey dipped, assorted frosted ones and the biggest fluffiest French crueller I’ve ever seen! Also pictured is a bear claw, coffee roll and bow tie (my personal favorite). Everything was (and always is!) so fresh and delicious.We also got 2 coffees (one iced, one hot)..excellent. Oh! And the extra amazing part?! All this food (plus the coffees) only came to 33 dollars total! That is an insane price especially for food of this quality. The owners are super friendly too. “Went into the Dunks for mini bagel bites and a couple iced coffees after our walk in the Fells. There was a pretty young guy at the counter that took our order and I wanted to order the White Hazelnut Bark iced coffee with almond milk. He asked me to repeat the order, I did, and I pointed at the ad behind him to show what I wanted and he asked "Iced Coffee"? I said yes, but the Hazelnut bark one. He said okay, took my fiancé's order and we paid. I checked the receipt and it looked like something wasn't; right. He apparently only types in iced coffee with no flavor for my fiancé's and mine just said iced coffee. When I asked if there was the white chocolate he insisted I wanted regular chocolate, and I said no, then only said chocolate. SMH idk, he then said "No White Chocolate", okay then. He made me an medium iced coffee with 1 shot of Hazelnut and 1 almond milk. Not right at all, I was pretty upset already I didn't want to have him remake it.I get if if you're new and don't understand but I pointed at what I wanted and he should have read back the order, but you need to listen and I don't want him to rush or get nervous with the order but may coffee legit tasted like an iced tea and even my fiancé thought so as well. She ordered a small iced coffee caramel raspberry regular but for some reason on the receipt it said "Small Iced Coffee" that is all. “I just wanted to take the time to give appreciation and recognition to Alex who works at this Dunkin Donuts. He is always making sure his customers are satisfied even in hectic busy situations. My orders have been messed up a few times and every time I went back inside, Alex fixed my order and then some. He always throws in extra hash browns or a donut to make up for the mistake. Whenever he is working my food comes out the best. He is a very kind guy with great customer service and I think he should be recognized for this. “I just went to this Dunkin, not 15min ago and when I rolled up to the mic the person said “Good Morning Jazmin you’re all set!” I didn’t get much sleep last night so this confused me for a minute and then it made me laugh and I thought I better leave these guys a review. I started coming here at the beginning of the school year, it’s not on any of my normal routes but it’s not far out of the way, it’s the closest after I drop the kids at school and the the Dunkin north of it can be slow and some of the employees a little clueless and the Dunkin south of it is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen full stop. I think some of these reviews are ridiculous and evident of the part customer play in the slew of bad experience we’ve all been having and seeing post COVID; it’s a two way street and yes customer service has declined and so have customers dispositions and patience. Everyone is stressed out, a lot of employees have little to no experience because most of the ones that new what they were doing quit for the boosted unemployment checks during COVID, not blaming them it is what it is. A little consideration can go a long way and we all should know by now that when corporations take a huge financial hit, the first thing to go out the door is courtesies because they’re trying to scratch back their loses anyway they can; don’t take it out on the employees. This location has always been clean and efficient and I’ve never had a bad experience even before some of them knew me. Maybe not all the employees are the most chipper people I’ve ever met, but why do they need to be? They’ve never been disrespectful or contested my order if I said something was missing, they just went ahead and fixed it or got it. If you live in the Boston area and don’t know what Dunkin is by now we don’t know what to tell you. If you’re ordering $5 drinks at Dunkin and complaining about it, you probably belong at Starbucks and you should go there if you prefer it and wait 5 hours for a drink; not sure how that’s Dunkin or the employees fault. With a Starbucks up the road it sounds like they went to Dunkin deliberately to complain about it. Although I frequent Dunkin much more I like both places for different things but they are different kinds of places in my mind like apples and oranges. I find the mobile app helps to prevent order mistakes or line hold ups especially when I’m ordering a lot. If there’s an item I want that’s not on the app they gladly add it to my order if I let them know at the speaker.“
