I love there coffee and sandwiches but everytime I ask for extra cheese I never get it and it's each time...why pay for extra of it doesn't get put on.

The increasing occasions of wrong coffees (sometimes food but less often than the coffees.) reluctantly brings my 4/5 down to a 3/5. 😮💨
Not sure if they treat the staff poorly or if staff is indifferent, but it feels more 'Earthly' rather than 'Heavenly'.
