They have gotten faster since the remodel. When I see a big line, I don't drive by and the line moves quickly. McDonald's is the fastest, but Dunkin's has vastly improved with there drive thru speed.
I get breakfast from here most mornings before I start my delivery job. The food is pretty good usually. With that said, the staff usually act like it's a chore to serve people. I got there at 9:30 in the morning on 12/12/2021, a Sunday, only to find them closed. Why? They are supposed to be open according to their business hours. Keep acting like it's a chore and keep playing with people's time and you will lose business.

This Dunkin’ team was outstanding! I ordered a very large order and they took care of it like pros. They were extremely efficient, kind, and professional. Very grateful for their service!
