46 Best Donuts near Andover

“I just tried this place this past Saturday .. it was my birthday and this was my special treat. My husband got a dozen (all different kinds from maple bacon to cannoli.. to apple cider whoopie pie and more! )..And omg.. Best. Donuts. Ever. They are (by far!) the most delicious, lightest, fluffiest melt in your mouth, loaded with flavor, huge and just all around most fantastic donuts I’ve ever had in my life!! In my opinion, no place around here even comes close to their flavor/texture and just overall quality. If you like donuts, no, even if you think you don’t like donuts, run, don’t walk to this place.. I promise one bite and you’ll be converted into a donut lover!!“

“Great customer service. They need to set a better standard for mix dozen. 5 jelly?? No gladed and all repeats. It was 830am on a Sunday so it's not like they were out of any kind. Staff was nice but go in and pick your donuts vs the trust of a "true mix".“

“Went there tonight the girl working with the evil eye necklace made a amazing coffee she was polite and just all around perfect“

“usually great, i come here often to get drinks! however there is usually trash everywhere, i blame that on the customers though not the workers

i've only had one negative experience with it - once i ordered a frozen chocolate and a donut, the drink had strawberry stuff instead of mocha/chocolate and i didn't get the donut (still had to pay for it though)“

“Every donut I have from Lowes is the best donut I have ever had, every time. They did amazing custom donuts for my son's birthday, and every employee I have met (owner included) is so nice!“

“The best honey dipped yeast donuts Ive tried so far. Fun specials and unique items, friendly service from all staff. Clean facility. I have to go back to try more donuts and all their coffee flavors like Banana. The muffins looked out of this world too.“

“So I went in there to heavenly this morning to pick up a couple of sandwiches. I left a review a few weeks ago about egg shells in my sandwich. I went in there this morning and by surprise I ended up getting a gift card for my review that I left about the sandwiches, I just want to say it’s very nice of them to give me a gift card to make up for the sandwiches. That’s how you’re on a business and I want to thank you again for doing what you did about that review great people and great atmosphere great manager she handled it well.“

“The name says it all — Heavenly Donuts is heavenly! ☁️ The donuts are always fresh, soft, and delicious, and the coffee is perfect every time. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast even when they’re busy. It’s my favorite spot for a morning treat or afternoon pick-me-up! 💗☕️🍩“

“I love there coffee and sandwiches but everytime I ask for extra cheese I never get it and it's each time...why pay for extra of it doesn't get put on.“

“I love this place so much. The coffee and food is superior to any other place. I drive past like 8 dunkin donuts to come here. The staff is the best saff ever, Ervin is the best! By the way its run, you can tell the owner actually cares about the customer. Its always a good sign when there is a lot of regulars and you all come there so much it starts to become a community. Thank you to whoever runs this place for making it a bright spot on planet earth.“

“I love my DD ice coffee but I just ordered 2 sandwiches (mobile) with walk in pick up. Got home and the eggs and sausage are missing from one sandwich (so it was bread and cheese) and the other sandwich had an inch of pesto in it (when the sandwich isn't suppose to have it). I tried to call but no answer. Crazy as it wasn't busy at all.“

“Staff is friendly, best bacon, egg & cheese empanadas♥️“

“We live in Andover & we have Dunkin right in the center of our town and within walking distance to our home BUT we prefer this particular branch in North Reading because it is functional, organized, clean, & friendly. The manager, Mike, is extremely polite and conscientious. He runs this particular branch very efficiently. Majority of Mike’s team are very friendly and helpful. I rather drive to this branch rather than walk to a dysfunctional one.“

“I love there coffee and sandwiches but everytime I ask for extra cheese I never get it and it's each time...why pay for extra of it doesn't get put on.“

“By far the best Dunkin’ - they not only make the best coffee, but the employees are always so nice. I have diabetes & my blood sugar was extremely low this morning - the girl working did not charge me for my coffee and then came out to my car a few minutes later to check on me and bring me a donut - all I can say is THANK YOU!“

“Bagels size is getting smaller, whats up with that Dunkin. Smaller than a plain donut!

Parking: I drive truck and its hard to find a Dunkin that trucks can park off street, But this Dunkin has a big lot in back of store where trucks can park off street, Awesome just Awesome“

“taste, and temperature of food are excellent, but they are slow, and there always homeless people outside the door asking for money or food.“

“Keri was amazing very good customer service“

“Ordered an espresso shot this morning with a side cup of ice that should cost about 50 cents but got charged over a dollar for it ( the cup of ice) . My big and I do mean big gripe is . I got a cup of coffee and it was called espresso . Nope very unhappy with this Dunkins today . Do me dirty once and I never go back . Sorry not sorry . But I guess I should have known that it wasn’t an espresso since it only took a quick walk over to make it . Lesson learned . Poor very poor .“

“We go to Heav’nly 1-2 times a week. Great staff, always gets our order right! They’re the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“AMAZING! I’ve tried so many different ones and loved them! I love how these donuts are different than others in the area. Not sure why there are some bad reviews saying how heavy these donuts are and lack flavor. 1. They are donuts not a light salad. 2. It’s a brioche dough. There are soo many different flavors to get here, and I’ve noticed rotating flavors. I’m not vegan but was curious about the vegan donuts and wow somehow also soo good. Seriously love this place and recommend to everyone!“

“Yummy donuts 🍩 and great service“

“I can’t believe I went to try the new Dunkin’ Zero drink. Unable
To at this location . They state it has to go thru the app, even though I am paying thru the app.
I would have to get out of line
Get a parking space and order thru app then get back in line. I told them ( Forget it ) I am done with the so called specials“

“great dunks always get great coffee and food and the worker's and manager are nice people“

“I love coffee ☕️. Period. But have to say if there is an Aroma Joe's around, I'm going there first. Near my home in Wells, ME snd near my house in Methuen, MA in the Salem, NH line. If you like coffee, they have every combination going, even though I like just pure coffee!“

“This was my first time at a Honey Dew. This place was great. I got some of the best iced coffee I've had in a long time! The flavor was bold but not too bitter. And it actually tastes like iced coffee, not cold brew which it seems other places have been calling iced coffee lately.
The two ladies working were nice and down to earth, we had a short chat while they made our order.
The food was just okay, it was hot and fresh, they even toasted the bagel. We got breakfast sandwiches. The only thing is, the food was kind of bland, which isnt the workers fault.
Over all, I'd give it 4.5 stars ⭐️“

“I want to make sure this Dunkin' location gets the credit it deserves. Every time I stop by, the service is incredibly fast, the orders are always accurate, and everything is fresh.
It is crystal clear that this place is extremely well-managed. The team works in perfect sync, the environment is clean and organized, and even during peak hours, they never lose their pace or their friendly attitude. Great leadership makes all the difference in maintaining quality, and the management here deserves a lot of praise for their excellent work and for keeping the team motivated. Keep it up!“

“The dunkin donuts with the golden skull 💀 tip jar 🫙 🤣 that was wicked cool 😎 I had to put some money 💰 in it. The cashier was on the ball even took the extra steps to check with the other girl my coffee was made right and it was. Came out perfectly. Great job everyone 👏 👍 🙌 👌“

“the only people complaining on here are probably the ones who were the problem. i’ve never had an issue at this store. give credit to the ones who are making YOUR coffee for YOU when you could be making it for yourself at your own home instead. life is too short to be complaining about a coffee shop.“

“Dunkin Donuts will always be one of my flaoriate delious health fast food chain. They started in Quincey Ma an Dumkim Donut is a popular place everyone still goes their to but a veggie pocket or breakfast sandwitch or a hot or cold coffee or tea or other drinks“

“The brothers Ethan and Joshua from England are the best Caden Janet Jacqueline are also good workers I really enjoy going there“

“It was a great experience“

“I stop in just about every morning before I get to work to grab a $10 scratch ticket from the liquor store and a sandwich at the Dunkin donuts.... Everyone is so friendly and I like the fact that I didn't get an attitude when I told the lady at Dunkin donuts that I do not like eggs and the lady that makes the sandwiches actually changed her gloves when she made my sandwich and I felt really good about that. Thank you to her and keep up the good work over there“

“This Dunks location has always done a great fast job at fulfilling my orders over the years. The staff here is always fast friendly and chill 😎 I always hit this dunks location with im in a hurry quick and On the go. Always fast service. I always tip a little bit extra here. I will always come back here when in the area.“

“A very good costumer service from Jose/joseph a week ago .

I place my order on the mobile app , “ decaf coffee “ i checked the sticker on the cap to make sure you was Decaf , for some reason it didn’t have the sticker, then I asked Jose/joseph if the coffee it was decaf, but he wasn’t sure .

And then when I was leaving front he shop he told me that he was going to do a new one for me . Cause there’s was not decaf coffee at the moment .

Thanks Jose/ Joseph.“

“Dunkin' donuts or Dunkin is to America what Tim Hortons is to Canada. I haven't seen much of your friends with any other Dunkin. More or less every Duncan is similar. This was spacious with good sitting arrangement. Customer service was friendly and welcoming.“

“I'm regular at this Dunks. the coffee is always fresh. great staff. clean, all around great location.“

“it's good 👍 excellence service there“
