“This Dunkin’ location is a tier above all others in the area. Friendly, organized, efficient, accurate, clean… and this is all coming from someone who visited during a huge rush, including during a Box o’ Joe order (which depletes their hot coffee and makes things harder for a few minutes!). I came here because there’s no power in Andover and I wanted Dunkin’. It’s a few minutes away from my place but now I have a new go-to Dunkin’. Also, excellent parking and nicely-laid-out drive-thru.“

“Visited the Saugus location for the first time in 5 years. They have a lot more gluten-free donuts flavors now, which is really great. I believe they make their gluten-free items in a separate facility, but they have a lot of gluten items out and about next to them. If you're worried about cross-contamination in-shop and during handling, it's definitely worth asking.I'm giving 4 stars because my pickup experience was a bit chaotic. It was a Monday morning (about 730am) and I ordered ahead. I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time, and yet my order wasn't ready. Also, there seemed to only be one person working (supporting the long line of cars in the drive through) and it was 5-10 minutes before anyone came up front to help me and the others waiting in line. “I was finally able to get to Somebody's Place to get my hands on their donuts. They made super cute heart shaped donuts for Valentine's Day that I didn't get a chance to grab. The long anticipated wait to try these donuts was completely worth it. Their hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 2pm. They know what they're doing. When your product is this good, you can make whatever hours you want. You build up the hype this way. You can't make these available on the weekends. I would be a regular here. I was able to bring the kids along with me and they were just as excited as I was to walk through the door. The inside of the place was cute with several tables to eat. They must have known we were coming as they had a high chair placed in front of the donut case for my littlest who climbed that thing with ease. My eldest in predictable fashion picked the chocolate frosted and my youngest nabbed the last strawberry frosted from the case. For the husband and myself I picked an apple cider, apple fritter, honey dipped lemon, and the fried dough, as recommended by the staff (amazing choice by the way!!). The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful. I ordered a hot coffee and even that was delicious! Instead of the kids asking, "Are we there yet?", every minute of the drive I was asking the kids, "Can I eat my donuts in the car?". I maintained composure and waited. Each donut tasted flavorful, soft, yet perfectly slightly crispy on the outside. I think my favorite of the bunch was the fried dough because it was so light and fluffy. I make far drives for good food, especially donuts, and this rivals some of the best donuts I've had. It's tough since this place is actually pretty close to me. From start to finish, just an enjoyable trip. I will be back to try other things. I had tunnel vision. They have a whole menu, but they had me at donuts.“
“Look at this deliciousness!! I went to Pop Donut this morning (297 Andover St, Lawrence, MA) and got assorted piles of sweet goodies (I have 6 kids so I got a big variety) . These are the best donuts around, hands down. They deserve way more attention than they get on here. I call them My hidden donut jewel lol they’re light and fluffy with a beautiful rise.. perfectly cooked in clean oil (you can always taste when the oil is old). I got Boston cream, jelly filled, blueberry , honey dipped, assorted frosted ones and the biggest fluffiest French crueller I’ve ever seen! Also pictured is a bear claw, coffee roll and bow tie (my personal favorite). Everything was (and always is!) so fresh and delicious.We also got 2 coffees (one iced, one hot)..excellent. Oh! And the extra amazing part?! All this food (plus the coffees) only came to 33 dollars total! That is an insane price especially for food of this quality. The owners are super friendly too. I cannot recommend this donut shop enough. If you like donuts (to be honest, even if you don’t like them, go here, trust me they’ll convert you! Lol) this is the place to be!“
“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“
