“AMAZING! I’ve tried so many different ones and loved them! I love how these donuts are different than others in the area. Not sure why there are some bad reviews saying how heavy these donuts are and lack flavor. 1. They are donuts not a light salad. 2. It’s a brioche dough. There are soo many different flavors to get here, and I’ve noticed rotating flavors. I’m not vegan but was curious about the vegan donuts and wow somehow also soo good. Seriously love this place and recommend to everyone!“

“Dunks is my every morning/afternoon place I go to before talking to anyway, I get my coffee and breakfast ??I live on E. Gloucester so I go to the E. Gloucester Dunks, and that Dunks run so smooth , but it's crazy because every Dunks in Gloucester is so clean and they Each served all there customers like each one that came in was treated like a King-Queen just came in..So nice“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “My sister and I grabbed food from here before driving back home. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. Also, where I’m from customers would have been so rude in a place that small forming a line. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Overall a positive experience.“

My husband got a dozen (all different kinds from maple bacon to cannoli.. to apple cider whoopie pie and more! )..And omg.. Best. Donuts. Ever. “The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“

“This has to be the absolute best Dunkin donuts in the state. They have wonderful workers there Aziz and loubna are the owners and they make sure that everything is cleaned every day. They have some incredible workers Corey and lance work mostly on night and make sure my coffee is always perfect. I've never had a problem with anyone . You also have Ram who does a lot of the cooking in the morning and he is fast as heck . I haven't gone to another dunks since I started going there 9 years ago .. that's how much I appreciate their service and their attention to detail and the perfection of their work. “This is our local Dunkin with drive-through; the service is always fast and there’s almost never a wait. Knocked out a star because they sometimes forget to add an item or two to our order, so we always make sure to take full inventory of our order before driving off.“

“Ive been coming here every day for over a year. Everything is always perfect. Im writing the review because I loet my brand new Samsung smart watch there. Id taken it off because it was raining and meant to put it in my bag. When its location popped up I went back and they had it. It had been over a week and they had moved it but the manager went back in the office and found it. Someone easily could've just snagged it but they didn't and Im genuinely grateful. I have a heart condition and POTS and having the watch lets me know when I need to sit or lie down so I dont injure myself if I pass out. I am eternally grateful to them. Not only are they awesome every day but the fact that they could've just not kept my watch or bothered to look past the first shelf. Its a great Dunks but also, these are good people“

“This location is close to where I work, so I frequent it often. Since I do mobile order, the orders are mostly ready on time when I walk in. There have been a couple times they haven’t been ready, but it’s only been a couple minutes that I’ve had to wait, but overall amazing experience every time!“

“The workers there are always kind and cordial but the food quality is never consistent. My go to order is a wake up wrap and some mornings they are simply in edible. This morning my wake up wrap was smushed and the tortilla wrap had hardened so I could not close the wrap and it just crumbled all over my lap. “this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“
