“Went in for breakfast today and picked up the cake for my fiances birthday. They were super busy, but the staff got everyone through quickly. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were tasty, loved the bagels. We cut the cake tonight, it was moist and delicious. I barely got a pic because my sweetie was so anxious to cut into it. “Visited the Saugus location for the first time in 5 years. They have a lot more gluten-free donuts flavors now, which is really great. I believe they make their gluten-free items in a separate facility, but they have a lot of gluten items out and about next to them. If you're worried about cross-contamination in-shop and during handling, it's definitely worth asking.I'm giving 4 stars because my pickup experience was a bit chaotic. It was a Monday morning (about 730am) and I ordered ahead. I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time, and yet my order wasn't ready. Also, there seemed to only be one person working (supporting the long line of cars in the drive through) and it was 5-10 minutes before anyone came up front to help me and the others waiting in line. “I was finally able to get to Somebody's Place to get my hands on their donuts. They made super cute heart shaped donuts for Valentine's Day that I didn't get a chance to grab. The long anticipated wait to try these donuts was completely worth it. Their hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 2pm. They know what they're doing. When your product is this good, you can make whatever hours you want. You build up the hype this way. You can't make these available on the weekends. I would be a regular here. I was able to bring the kids along with me and they were just as excited as I was to walk through the door. The inside of the place was cute with several tables to eat. They must have known we were coming as they had a high chair placed in front of the donut case for my littlest who climbed that thing with ease. My eldest in predictable fashion picked the chocolate frosted and my youngest nabbed the last strawberry frosted from the case. For the husband and myself I picked an apple cider, apple fritter, honey dipped lemon, and the fried dough, as recommended by the staff (amazing choice by the way!!). The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful. I ordered a hot coffee and even that was delicious! Instead of the kids asking, "Are we there yet?", every minute of the drive I was asking the kids, "Can I eat my donuts in the car?". I maintained composure and waited. Each donut tasted flavorful, soft, yet perfectly slightly crispy on the outside. I think my favorite of the bunch was the fried dough because it was so light and fluffy. I make far drives for good food, especially donuts, and this rivals some of the best donuts I've had. It's tough since this place is actually pretty close to me. From start to finish, just an enjoyable trip. I will be back to try other things. I had tunnel vision. They have a whole menu, but they had me at donuts.“

“Been going here for probably 50 years (wow do I feel old saying that). Their doughnuts are great with lots of filling. Can’t have them too often, gotta keep that blood sugar under control. “I had the pleasure of walking into Ziggys after trying to find fresh doughnuts other than your dunkin and honeydew processed ones that are everywhere. The prices are fantastic. The service was great. Even ended up sitting and having a chat even though it was going to be in and out. They do cash and card. The doughnuts were amazing. Will be there more often when time allows. It's so close to where I work on the water there in town.Parking: There are 2, 15 minute spot out front. Other than that other street parking is by permit but if you are just grabbing and going you should be fine.“

“Look at this deliciousness!! I went to Pop Donut this morning (297 Andover St, Lawrence, MA) and got assorted piles of sweet goodies (I have 6 kids so I got a big variety) . These are the best donuts around, hands down. They deserve way more attention than they get on here. I call them My hidden donut jewel lol they’re light and fluffy with a beautiful rise.. perfectly cooked in clean oil (you can always taste when the oil is old). I got Boston cream, jelly filled, blueberry , honey dipped, assorted frosted ones and the biggest fluffiest French crueller I’ve ever seen! Also pictured is a bear claw, coffee roll and bow tie (my personal favorite). Everything was (and always is!) so fresh and delicious.We also got 2 coffees (one iced, one hot)..excellent. Oh! And the extra amazing part?! All this food (plus the coffees) only came to 33 dollars total! That is an insane price especially for food of this quality. The owners are super friendly too. I cannot recommend this donut shop enough. If you like donuts (to be honest, even if you don’t like them, go here, trust me they’ll convert you! Lol) this is the place to be!“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“I love the honeydew menu because they offer more meats than other breakfast sandwich places. I am sad that there are not more honeydew locations closer to me. One of my biggest complaints about this location is how quickly they throw out your receipt when you have an app that requires you scan receipts.“

“My only complaint was how small the building was. If people are coming in to order you're all up on whoever is sitting down eating. Food was absolutely fantastic. I got a steak eggs and cheese bagel, and an iced latte. We don't have a honey dew in indiana, I enjoyed.“

“Went into the Dunks for mini bagel bites and a couple iced coffees after our walk in the Fells. There was a pretty young guy at the counter that took our order and I wanted to order the White Hazelnut Bark iced coffee with almond milk. He asked me to repeat the order, I did, and I pointed at the ad behind him to show what I wanted and he asked "Iced Coffee"? I said yes, but the Hazelnut bark one. He said okay, took my fiancé's order and we paid. I checked the receipt and it looked like something wasn't; right. He apparently only types in iced coffee with no flavor for my fiancé's and mine just said iced coffee. When I asked if there was the white chocolate he insisted I wanted regular chocolate, and I said no, then only said chocolate. SMH idk, he then said "No White Chocolate", okay then. He made me an medium iced coffee with 1 shot of Hazelnut and 1 almond milk. Not right at all, I was pretty upset already I didn't want to have him remake it.I get if if you're new and don't understand but I pointed at what I wanted and he should have read back the order, but you need to listen and I don't want him to rush or get nervous with the order but may coffee legit tasted like an iced tea and even my fiancé thought so as well. She ordered a small iced coffee caramel raspberry regular but for some reason on the receipt it said "Small Iced Coffee" that is all. But I checked with him and they were out of caramel I guess so she only got the raspberry shot, regular.Next time, we're ordering on the app. That was ridiculous and that kid needs some more training.“

“This place is unreal. The manager Marie along with Cherish and the rest of the crew made our holiday. My son and I cant do Xmas this year so instead we had some money saved and we both like Dunkins so we placed an order there. A couple coffees along with two wraps and a dozen donuts. We got the order but the outside of the box had a message they had ran out of donuts. We opened it up and they out did themselves. We got a variety of 9 donuts along with munchkins and a couple stix donuts. This was way better than the dozen i wanted . They pulled it off and made us very.happy. Score is 100 stars“

“I rarely eat out due to OCD and cleanliness issues in restaurants but this dunks has been my “safe” spot for ordering out when I come down to my boyfriends house. I give cleanliness a 10/10 for this place!Today however (unrelated to cleanliness) I ordered a Decaf Signature Latte because I can not have caffeine in large amounts due to a heart issue and I saw the screen said decaf when it was rung in, and the sticker also said decaf so I trusted it wholeheartedly. I drank 3/4ths of it and not long after my heart rate spiked and I had a flare up due to the caffeine affecting my chronic illness and spent my entire day being ill in bed. This type of flare up only happens when I have regular coffee instead of decaf.My goal for this review is to have everyone understand how imperative it is to make decaf when it’s requested as it could potentially send someone to the hospital (not me this time thank the Lord) and hopefully some sort of conversation can happen with employees and even managers on the importance of recognizing why someone may be ordering something specific. This dunks hasn’t steered me wrong, others have and I started telling them I have a heart condition and can’t tolerate caffeine in a “regular” amount and they have still disregarded my statements and given me regular coffee so I stopped going and started going to Starbucks. This location has been one of the good ones and hopefully this is the only time this happens here! The employees are wonderful and so kind and I love seeing them when I come in because of the trust I have for them! Keep up the great work just please make decaf for those that ask for it ❤️“

“I can't remember young lady with hair but she made a phenomenal ice coffee I said 2 times she needs a raise. All the folks that worked there was wonderful. I had a few munchkins and was happy ? with this location extremely clean and great music.Dietary restrictions: I'm happy this coffee ☕ place finally offers almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant and I ask for extra if not might as well order plain black coffee.“

“Who ever the kid is that works mornings at the Enon Street location in Beverly is very rude. I came into the store this morning when they opened at 430am. “The young man working at the drive thru was super polite and nice. He had such a great personality. At this location, you drive to the window to order. We were greeted and thanked. (Which nowadays, I feel like drive thru often forgets) The young guy was patient with us as my sister and I was ordering a bunch of drinks and food before we drove up to Maine. He even told us about a better deal on our drinks. He just had an aura that made us all smiled. We need more people like this. Our peach ice teas were delicious. The mac-n-cheese was lighter on the cheese flavor but still tasty, it came out super hot, so becareful!“

“Great coffee, good service convenient location, clean, seating, drive thru. However, sitting inside is miserable because it's a staff of Gen Z foreign kids, they are loud and obnoxious. there's one kid that does drive-thru who is..er..'alternative lifestyle' and has to let everyone know about it (most likely due to his being from a traditionally religious, conservative culture). he's totally hyperactive and won't stop singing really loudly constantly/camping it up. So again because of low wages and nobody in Massachusetts wants these jobs you're going to have nothing but kids working. nowadays that's miserable because this is generation 'we don't like anybody that isn't like us' (but they seem very cohesive among their own age group across races/cultures). there's a lot of older people that come in here and I notice they kind of torment them in a way but this is what you get nowadays with globalism. Other than that the place is actually stupendous the coffee is good it's not burnt and it's not weak which I'll take a miserable atmosphere inside nowadays compared to a lot of the Dunkin' donuts closer to Boston that are ripping off the public with bad coffee either being cheap or not washing the machines or watering it down. This is the only location in the area except if you go into Wakefield center I believe there's another Dunkin' donuts so take what you can get just don't try to sit inside LOL“

“Clean location, friendly staff, just a little on the slower side for food orders went in on a Sunday morning around 9:15. I ordered a plain bagel and for some reason it took more than 10 minutes and there was no one in front of me in line. Seems as though the women making the food just didn't see it and then when she did, she slowly prepared it. Not the most efficient if you want to get in and then out, but I'll still go back.“

“Popped in here one time. What I got was fine but they forot part of my order. Possibly they seemed short staffed. A line of people and only 2 people working. I felt bad for them. “This is one of the few Dunkin' locations that I trust to make the Tomato Pesto Grill sandwich correctly the way I like it...nicely grilled and crunchy, and the cheese melted properly. Yum. Staff are friendly and the service is good; busy during the wknds but their wknd team seems very efficient so the service is still fast and good.“
