“My sister and I grabbed food from here before driving back home. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. Also, where I’m from customers would have been so rude in a place that small forming a line. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Overall a positive experience.“

“The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“I love the food at this place, it's so much better than that chain place. I don't drink coffee so I can't speak to that, but their iced tea and red bull drinks are great. And their waffle breakfast sandwiches are to die for. Service is a bit slow but worth it.“

“AMAZING! I’ve tried so many different ones and loved them! I love how these donuts are different than others in the area. Not sure why there are some bad reviews saying how heavy these donuts are and lack flavor. 1. They are donuts not a light salad. 2. It’s a brioche dough. There are soo many different flavors to get here, and I’ve noticed rotating flavors. I’m not vegan but was curious about the vegan donuts and wow somehow also soo good. “5 star for Dylan and Dylan only. Today the restaurant was filled with about 25 college students waiting for orders. Poor Dylan was the only employee working and was able to get orders out and maintain professionalism through such a difficult situation. Apparently his two other coworkers walked out leaving him on his own at one of the busiest times. Dylan deserves a raise. Not sure who the manager is but Dylan is a star and needs to be rewarded for his amazing work.“

“Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“

“The Dunkin I went to in mass was the best so far. They had the donuts I wanted, service was beyond great, and atmosphere gets 3 stars only cuz I went through drive through so I couldnt really rate it fairly so I thought 3 stars was being fair to where I hadnt gone inside the store.“

They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.“

“Well I started with a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a English muffin. This was piping hot and oh so tasty mine was minus the egg. I also got a berry breeze in lemonade refresher this tasted epic. We also got a Boston cream donut and a jelly donut these were also very nice. Speaking of nice I had investigated this dunkin before leaving the hotel and they did something called Snackin Bacon. It's supposed to be 8 strips of bacon in a bag but I got loads of little pieces in a bag. Please beware this item comes out to
temperature/cold lol. Don't let that put you off, my strips were amazing so tasty, it's bacon 🤤 covered in maple goodness. 🤤 🤤 Oh I also ordered some hash browns. You get about 8 little hash browns bites in a bag nuff said really.

I was hungry it had been a long walk from our hotel which was in the middle of no where for walking really. Highlight of the visit was my refresher drink and the snacking bacon.
The staff were absolutely lovely. It was very quiet when we went but loads of people ordered in advance walked in picked up there food and drink off the shelf and left. Very popular place. Oh yeah almost forgot wicked music playing on the speakers in the shop, was some Metallica while I was there 😂. Nice clean toilets too. Only 1 toilet each m/f but very spacious inside.“

“I've been a customer of DD for 15+ years, but this location is a cut above the rest.

The staff is fantastic, coffee consistently excellent, and some of the best food you'll ever have at DD.

“Who ever the kid is that works mornings at the Enon Street location in Beverly is very rude. I came into the store this morning when they opened at 430am. He saw me walk in, paid no mind to me and went off to God knows where. I waited 5 mins thinking he'll be back, NOPE!!! I walked out. If your not a customer oriented person, THIS JOB ISNT FOR YOU!!“
