This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. This location always gets the Order wrong. This time the bagel was a stale as it possibly could get and Both of my coffees were wrong. This is the little drive-through across from Carmax so it is in a little gas station. They take forever to put your order together.
Best donuts I’ve found at Dunkin’ Donuts.. every location has different nuances and these were fresh, thick, rich and yet fluffy. Would def come back here for the strawberry and fruiting punch glaze. Most dd donuts aren’t that great but I was pleased at this location

Dunkin' offers great city views from its new complex location in Newburyport, Massachusetts. While staff could be nicer and have some language barriers, the donuts are of high quality and freshness. However, be prepared for possible menu confusion and incorrect orders.
