I rarely eat out due to OCD and cleanliness issues in restaurants but this dunks has been my “safe” spot for ordering out when I come down to my boyfriends house. I give cleanliness a 10/10 for this place!Today however (unrelated to cleanliness) I ordered a Decaf Signature Latte because I can not have caffeine in large amounts due to a heart issue and I saw the screen said decaf when it was rung in, and the sticker also said decaf so I trusted it wholeheartedly. Love Dunkin! Use the drive though all the time, very convenient! Friendly staff, fast service!Kid-friendliness: Nice and clean, open, spacious with rest rooms, a must with children. Friendly staff, now we usually use the drive through.Parking: A good amount of parking, can always use the drive through!

Ice coffee. Observations regards the manager. I'll call him: Mr.Grump. He's all business, never, never, never smiles or has a friendly word. I suspect life was hard for him growing up. There's always a reason even if we don't know what it is. Coffee was good. Just my honest observations.
