“Went to On the Grind this morning after seeing a post about them having a coconut bagel. The ladies behind the counter are very nice and know each of their regular customers. I watched them greet many and knew exactly what they were going to order or already had a preorder waiting. I ordered the coconut bagels for my son and I. One with regular cream cheese and one with pineapple cream cheese and they did not disappoint!!! The coconut bagel with pineapple was delicious and not overly sweet and lots of toasted coconut. Highly recommend trying this little hidden gem!“

“I stop in this market place every day between visits for snacks! Last time I got an apple danish from the cafe case and it tasted home-made! Flaky texture and fresh. Liked the apple filling a lot, nice portion for the price too. Anne is super nice and I like having a coffee option that isn’t a chain. Five paws approved 🐾“

“I was walking past and the lady thought I was buying something. I felt kind of awkward so I thought why not and I am so glad I did. When I went to pay, I was SHOCKED by the price. The coffee pictured below was 5 dollars—insanely cheap for a place like this, and it was their seasonal special. And look how pretty it is. Their other stuff is even cheaper, and they have so many options too! The coffee was also really good and I believe they have some varieties roasted in house.“

Coffee is excellent, staff are always polite. I live downtown and come here often. Will gladly return and continue exchanging money for goods like an adult.“

“I love coffee but I’m allergic to it so I’m usually bummed out about the selection of beverages I can select from…until I tried Fresh Brew Cafe’s Earl Grey London Fog Latte (with Oat Milk). It’s SO delicious!! It’s the best tea latte I’ve ever had! Their homemade orange cranberry muffins are so flavorful and perfect texture. My son consistently gets their ice cappuccino and a bagel sandwich with egg, cheese and ham. I’ve also had their Thanksgiving sandwich and it was absolutely awesome. I’m so glad they came to Beverly. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.“

All the staff are friendly and courteous to their customers and to each other! If you go there frequently, the baristas will greet you by name! Shout outs to Finley, Kim, and the store managers for always making it a positive experience for me!

“Was in town visiting Salem and noticed this place on our way. Headed here for a late dinner on our way back to our hotel. We’re immediately impressed with the design of the space. The owners son Joe greeted us and was incredibly helpful because we mentioned we’ve never had hot pot before. They are so kind and welcoming to every single person that comes in. Aside from that, the coffee is AMAZING! They have so many different flavors to choose from and you can customize any drink however you like (even if it's not on the menu). Also, the breakfast sandwiches... wow. Toast/potatoes/corned beef hash all could've been more well done in our opinion, but the pancake was AMAZING!! Big blueberries, very thick but cooked through and tender with crispy outside 😋 would come back for sure but would maybe just ask for it to be cooked longer for my liking“
