“This is my favorite coffee spot in Beverly. They are always well staffed and friendly, and their baristas are consistent with drink and espresso shot quality. I’ve been here often enough over the past year that I can tell they have good staff retention, which is a good sign that they treat their people well, and I know helps with that quality and consistency.

I recommend their hot chocolate with their house made marshmallow, anything with espresso in it, and their tot bowls. Their tater tots are delicious and any sandwich can be made into a tot bowl.

I would skip the bakery items unless you have a little one, they are the only item type that I’d skip here. That said, I’d love to see babka or homemade poptarts in the case, but am happy with my hot food and iced latte.“

“Gluten Free Chocolate Chip cookies! That's the one thing my wife wants me to let you know. We were fortunate to stop here while traveling through. We got a few coffees, crescents (not GF) and cookies. After we drove away my wife started raving about how amazing the GF Chocolate Chip cookies were. She told me several times they were the best she ever had and wished that we had gotten more. I had a bite (even though I love gluten in my cookies) and I have to admit they were great. Thanks for a great treat! My wife's only regret is that we were traveling (11 hours away) and we won't be in the area again to get some more. If you stop by, be sure to eat a GF cookie for her!“

They are so kind and welcoming to every single person that comes in. Aside from that, the coffee is AMAZING! They have so many different flavors to choose from and you can customize any drink however you like (even if it's not on the menu). Also, the breakfast sandwiches... wow. “Between all of the Dunkin’s I’ve been to in New England and the Southeastern US, this is hands down the best Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is exceptional, and they understand what it means to have pride in what they do. I take detours out of my way just to come to this Dunkin, that’s how much better it is. I would go into more detail on why, but it would only distract from the fact that this location is just AMAZING. This is the example that other stores should be using to retrain their staff.“
