“I got my nails done next door and had intentions of doing some work on my laptop and phone for a few hours over a drink. I was greeted by the friendly staff and an almost empty place on a Monday afternoon. Although I ordered a regular chai tea, they assumed it was a latte but I choose to keep it to myself since they essentially made more worth for them. Overall, I had a peaceful time and would come again if in the area.“

Gloucester Dunks, and that Dunks run so smooth , but it's crazy because every Dunks in Gloucester is so clean and they Each served all there customers like each one that came in was treated like a King-Queen just came in..So nice“
“The Partners on shift at 1:00 p.m., today Monday, November 29th, are very friendly and full of smiles.They gave informative and complete answers to my questions about the reusable metal coffee tumblers and reusable plastic coffee cups. I purchased 3 metal tumblers and 2 plastic cups and I'm confident and happy with my purchase.The barista made a wonderful Flat White that I ordered as well.Each time I'm in this area I will definitely visit this location every time.Thank you for the wonderful experience I had while getting my coffee, from the kind personalities and tons of smiles to total professionalism; because not only did I get fabulous coffee as expected, I now feel much happier than I did before I went in.Kindness really is contagious.After having surgery yesterday and feeling, well, kinda crummy, my entire mood was lifted and 'jump started' so to say. “Best breakfast sandwich on the planet (bacon egg and cheese on a homemade biscuit). Coffee drinks have all been phenomenal as well. Parking can be tough at peak times but always worth an extra lap if you can swing it.Kid-friendliness: Lots of sitting options, things to look at, sometimes art supplies out for them to draw with.“
“Small J.P Licks located at MarketStreet in Lynnfield. There's free parking available in the plaza. There is seating available inside too. I usually get their milkshakes or Sundaes and they're delicious! Today I had the peanut butter cookies n cream milkshake and a container with 4 cookies'n'cream truffles. It was yummy :P The location is clean and well kept. The employees are also kind and offer samples when trying to decide between different flavors. I did have to wait 14 minutes today to be helped because there was only one person working. Perhaps it's because it's winter time and there's not a lot of traffic coming to the store. My suggestion would be to have two people during busy hours (typically lunch times 12-3) Not only will this enhance the customer experience but also the employees' experience because they won't feel overwhelmed. Overall great location. It's even better during the summer time when the plaza has more seating, greenery and nicer set up. They're close late at night making those summer nights even more enjoyable.“
