Venturing into the heart of our neighborhood, I finally made my way to the iconic Kelly's Diner, a place I'd been meaning to visit for years. The diner's fame was immediately apparent upon arrival, as evidenced by the considerable queue of patrons eagerly waiting outside, despite the hour nearing the diner's closing time. Really prototypical diner! Just incredibly busy, but sound bites is currently undergoing renovations so that’s to be expected. Got the #7 special- good value, decent food! They didn’t have any black tea, which was a disappointment, but I’ll give grace and assume they’d run out in the rush.
