My favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood, hands down. The staff is so warm and friendly and they make a killer latte. Some people often get frustrated with their food service wait times, but True Grounds has a pretty small staff with small kitchen space, and some impatient folks don't have realistic expectations, in my opinion. Love this place for a morning coffee or afternoon pick me up ♡
I feel a bit conflicted writing this review, because True Grounds can be really great. Their coffee and quality of food is excellent, and the cutesy coffee shop vibe is awesome. However, this is the second time in a row they've gotten my order wrong. I always use the ordering kiosk, so I don't believe it's a misunderstanding issue.
