really really friendly staff!! Best pumpkin chocolate chip muffin I have ever had. 4/5 stars on the food because I have a sensitive tummy and sometimes there is a little too much oil in the sandwiches for my liking. But taste is there!! My go to here is an iced chai or a decaf vanilla late. :)
Ordered a coffee and latte and both were good
Super friendly barista, delicious hazelnut brown butter cookie, and the cold brew is to die for!

True Grounds is a relaxed spot in the Ball Square area known for its good coffee and tasty treats like chocolate chip scones and pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the barista is a master of their craft. The coffee options include lots of creative in-house made flavors, syrups, and reductions. The sandwiches are tasty and made with very fresh ingredients. Baked goods are delicious without relying on too much sweetness, making them actually good.
While the chive bacon scone falls short, the vibe is small and unassuming, perfect for a chill hangout. The ambiance is peaceful, featuring great big windows and lovely plants, along with ample seating. Customers appreciate the focus on community engagement, as there is no Wi-Fi available, encouraging people to disconnect and connect with those around them. Just remember to use a data hotspot if needed.
