“Just witnessed an irate customer who was very self entitled trying to berate staff because they made her coffee wrong, then she demanded they re-make it twice because they used the same sticker on the new coffee and customer thought they dumped out half the original and didn’t really re-make it.Staff then showed customer the old coffee which was still on the counter.Staff were very patient with this oblivious and angry customer who should never go out in public again“
“Great coffee! Delicious breakfast sandwiches, donuts and pastries! You can sit down and watch what ever game is playing on the TV's! Or you can even read on of the books or newspapers they have! The employees are very nice, and they will engage in a conversation with you, and make you feel at home! Definitely my goto place to get coffee and breakfast sandwiches!“
“Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.“

“The canal street dunks is a busy place in the morning and Jessica keeps a tight ship and having a positive attitude while doing so the crew is a fun bunch in enjoy going to that 1 and I live in Beverly and drive to the canal st 2 in Salem because they get my order right there nice fast and fun cant say anuff good things about how Jessica runs s tight ship organized“
“Service, food and beverages here are on par with other Dunkin’s. Their staff however always seem completely miserable. Don’t expect smiles or pleasantry here.This location is also super busy during morning/afternoon commutes and school drop-off/pickup times.“
“I dont know had good chocolate milk and a Boston cream donut but it was a bit expensive. Might of been because I ordered like 12 bagels. But really if you make 14$ an hour (which is what they pay there employees, come on dunken target pays like 15-16 ) those donuts add up, also is it just me or is every store in this country is hiring? Inflation also must of taken its toll because I don't remember 15$ an hour being the norm.“
