“These are the best donuts hands down And I've had donuts every where and out of state My son makes me try donuts everywhere I've eaten donuts that cost double your price and yours were better Prices are great I know they use good ingredients I've worked in Food and field so I understand the quality.“

“Visited the Saugus location for the first time in 5 years. They have a lot more gluten-free donuts flavors now, which is really great. I believe they make their gluten-free items in a separate facility, but they have a lot of gluten items out and about next to them. If you're worried about cross-contamination in-shop and during handling, it's definitely worth asking.I'm giving 4 stars because my pickup experience was a bit chaotic. It was a Monday morning (about 730am) and I ordered ahead. I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time, and yet my order wasn't ready. Also, there seemed to only be one person working (supporting the long line of cars in the drive through) and it was 5-10 minutes before anyone came up front to help me and the others waiting in line. “Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“
