“LOVE the new renovations and amenities [charging tables] floor plan is much brighter and more open feeling. Service from regular crew [Hassan, Paige, Cindy, and a few others] is TOP NOTCH!!! From time to time you get some random employees [not certain of the rhyme or reason to this] as well as what appear to be 'other management' [other than Hassan]. Those 'others' always seem unpleasant and not customer friendly. Hassan and crew, please keep bringing top not h quality to our neighborhood. “The donuts are amazing but this review is for Ruben, the manager at the Rt 1 location. I had to travel for business today and it happens to also be my son’s 15th birthday. Because my son has celiac disease, options for baked goods is limited, especially when your plane lands at 6:30pm on the big day and gluten free options aren’t known to last long once baked. Unfortunately, living in Southern New Hampshire, delivery via UberEats or GrubHub wasn’t an option But, being a father himself, Ruben kindly offered to deliver them personally after work. This man went above and beyond, first driving home to pick up his kids. You see, his wife needed to get to her job so he brought his kids along for the adventure. In addition, he refused all forms of tipping despite my repeated insistence. He explained that he hopes someone would do the same for his kids if he was in my position and, as the manager, he felt compelled to make it happen. Ruben, you’re an angel, one in a million, an amazing human! I hope you receive back the blessing you bestowed on me and my son 10-fold! Thank you isn’t enough. To those reading this, please leave an extra big tip for Ruben next time you stop in. I sure will be.“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! Thank you all for turning my grumpy morning (I had forgotten my coffee at home, which was the whole reason I went in there in the first place) into a lovely day!“

The egg wasn’t my favorite (tastes microwaved), but the donuts were fantastic, and the consideration was above and beyond (one of the gentleman even brought me napkins without me asking).

“The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“I am a very big fan of donuts. I travel all around the US to find nice donut shops and I have visited Union Square Donuts very often as I am in MA often. I just went there today.

I really do like the variety of donuts here. The brown butter cruller donut is my favorite, any time I see it there, I take it home with me. I have a cruller right next to me as I write this review.“

“I love this place. They make their boba with real fruit. The passiontfruit green tea is the most amazing thing with chewy bubbles and crunchy passionfruut seeds. The fruit overload has berry, lychee and passionfruut in green tea and it's so pretty I don't eve. want to drink it! They also have mochi donuts with are really good also. Its a very reasonable price for the quality. Definitely recommend.“

“It’s like an old school dunks in here. Always filled with folks hanging out gossiping over coffee. It’s clean. They’re always fast and accurate. The staff is friendly. The gentleman with the longer dark hair really seems to enjoy is his job and will banter with the regulars, he’s really kind and personable.

“I come here every so often. Just a local doughnut shop where you can also buy scratch tickets/tobacco. My go-to is the glazed chocolate. Relatively smaller doughnut but it is just the right size if you don't want to feel too guilty. Service is always excellent but I never tried any of the breakfast sandwiches.“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“Went to get Dunkin on a walk, I don’t usually go to this location, but it was on the way! The manager, Junior, was so incredibly welcoming and even gave me a hat when I asked if they were giving them away! He truly made my day and is a huge asset to the team. If he goes that above and beyond for customers, I can only imagine how well he treats his employees!!!“

“Ive been coming here every day for over a year. Everything is always perfect. Im writing the review because I loet my brand new Samsung smart watch there. Id taken it off because it was raining and meant to put it in my bag. When its location popped up I went back and they had it. It had been over a week and they had moved it but the manager went back in the office and found it. Someone easily could've just snagged it but they didn't and Im genuinely grateful. I have a heart condition and POTS and having the watch lets me know when I need to sit or lie down so I dont injure myself if I pass out. I am eternally grateful to them. Not only are they awesome every day but the fact that they could've just not kept my watch or bothered to look past the first shelf. Its a great Dunks but also, these are good people“
