“Customer service always on point, those employees are running around like a chicken ? with it's Head cut off! Talk about fast food, in New England if u don't drink dunks coffee I would consider you a Yankee fan.. ?. NO REALLY I WOULD. Can't go a day without hitting them up at least twiceKid-friendliness: The employees at the Dunkin donuts at Joe's market, mobile gas station, on squire Rd make the atmosphere in this establishment very inviting to all age groups especially kids. They hand out free donuts, munchkins, drinks etc... To make them feel welcome and the parents love it because they probably don't have to pay for it. Also they are well equipped to be accessible for the disabled and elderly with a wheelchair ramp outside, no steps, first floor and wide aisles. I'VE ACTUALLY SEEN A DUNKIN EMPLOYEE BRING A GENTLEMAN'S ORDER OUT TO HIM BECAUSE HE COULDN'T MAKE IT IN PHYSICALLY! UNBELIEVABLE HOW A SMALL GESTURE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY! OBVIOUSLY IT'S PROBABLY A NECESSITY FOR THE AVERAGE JOE, BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT HAS TO DRIVE OR PULL A DOUBLE SHIFT FOR 15 HOURS DAILY, AM I RIGHT?? I KNOW BECAUSE I AM THAT AVERAGE JOE BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT PULLS 12-15 HOURS 6 DAYS A WEEK.Parking: In my experience every dunks' has at least 20 parking spots,if they don't have an open one , DRIVE THRU PEOPLE!! But if there isn't a drive thru, there are at least 15 parking spots 2 feet from the front door, not only are the spots close but there are no steps or stairs to traverse as well as a wheel chair ramp for the wheel chair bound. WHAT A SIN!Wheelchair accessibility: Always have wheelchair ramps, handicap parking spots,and all dunks'has double doors with wheelchair accessibility. Then when u get inside the atmosphere takes away all the anxiety and worries that seem to melt away from all the smiles and professionalism this establishment carries with every employee from open to close. If by any chance that the individual can't even make it out of their vehicle, a humble employee might even take upon themselves to graciously walk up to the person in the vehicle and take care of their order or whatever the occasion calls for. WHAT A GREAT COUNTRY AMERICA IS TODAY!! ????????“
“Only for the one in Revere, Massachusetts at Beachmont train station. Yesterday, I posted a picture of me, my fiancé and the best worker I ever met with her permission. She always knows our order by heart and is a friendly face in the morning. I was going to post the picture here but it won't let me. She deserves the recognition and a raise!“
“Came by this Dunkin on my way into Boston. We were on our way to the hospital so we opted for the drive thru. There was a rather large delay between when I pulled up and was able to take our order but he was decently nice when he was available. We ordered an iced coffee, iced latte, hot chocolate and hash browns. Everything was correctly prepared and consistent with other locations. Staff were friendly and quick. Would come again.“
“The good: my coffee always comes out perfectly and they're very polite what's not to like? Their overnight crew is awesome ?The only bad: the lady who's older has a tendency to burn the croissantother than that I'd still give 5 stars please try to get more practice or have more tlc for the poor sandwich being made“
“Everything about it is great! The service. The workers are fabulous ??The only negative thing I could say is that if u have a large order you should go to a main D&D's location.Idiots come in and order a million sandwiches and drinks for an Army.They are not equipped to handle this. But people are stupid and do it anyway. They only have 2 or 3 people max working a shift.It's part of a gas station ⛽️ so if u have a large order you should go to a main location site.This is a way to get something quick on the run. Not buy breakfast for your entire workforce.Because you can have a line of people waiting and it takes time for them to make large orders. If they don't have the help you're gonna wait. Possibly a long time.This is an honest answer and review.“
“For me, DD is DD. The only thing that makes them different really is the service. Super slow, wrong orders, rude...those get one or two stars. Otherwise it's a 3 from me. We stopped here to grab a drink on our way back to our car and leaving the city. They door was propped open and there was one worker inside. We ordered our drinks. My Refresher was great. His coffee was wrong. It was our mistake, ordering with the wrong words (swirl instead of shot). The lady noticed after one sip. She didn't hesitate and asked if she could fix it. She did, and it was perfect. And when we dropped a piece of trash in error, she bent to get it first-which made us feel bad. Great service here. Plenty of options even after noon. It was tidy inside including the sitting spots and where the straws were kept. Would recommend this little DD anytime.“
“Go there almost every day, couple times a day sometimes. Great service, great people with an atmosphere to match. Everyone who works there try to make every customer feel as welcome as family. Parking lots always has plenty of parking, about 6 handicapped spots up front with wheelchair ramps for easy access into the establishment. Double wide doors for the disabled so they have plenty of room for what ever is necessary for them to carry. The menus have grown a lot over the years, but still have the nostalgic dozen donuts and munchkins . Huge variations of coffees, espresso, lattes, tea, iced or not. But it still makes you feel like it's Saturday morning every day“
“My wife and I like donuts but prefer them to be smaller, so we’ve been dying to check this place out. The flavor balance is just perfect just sweet enough but not too sweet. And they are beautiful, almost too cute to eat. We’ll be back.“
“I came to try the cookies and cream butter donut and cookie monster mochi donuts. They didn't have the blue butter donut so I got the Ube one. I didn't like it with the coco shreds on top and the consistency wasn't as good either, maybe because it was gluten free I'm not sure, but the mochi donuts were ??, cookies and cream may be the best one I've had anywhere, would definitely come back for it and hopefully they'll have the big blue one.“
