Hash browns were way overcooked and hard as a rock, my mobile coffee order (just a regular coffee, cream and sugar - nothing crazy) took over ten minutes despite the store being relatively empty of new customers. Almost every seat was taken up by the same people that gather there every morning and camp out for HOURS. This place is essentially take out only.
I go to this dunkins everyday multiple times a day and have never got treated like i did this morning by a tall lady with blonde hair doing the sandwiches. I always get a crosaunt double toasted in the oven with cheese every single day and she said no the crosaunt goes in the toaster speaking to the wonder lady that knows my order and how i like it. She told the other worker to not do it again that no one gets special treatment that she doesn’t care. She was extremely rude....read full review
