I don't think there's a single person working here who can tie their own shoes without some help. It's a miracle they make it out the door and into work.I'm not usually one to rag on service workers, because let's face it dunkin is a terrible company that underpays and cuts corners everywhere. But I've been here 3 times and they still have yet to get a single order correct. There's always something missing or wrong, every time.By the way, the coffee tastes like mouthwash.Don't come here!

My partner and I came to visit this dunkin yesterday and we both ordered iced coffee with cream. Our drinks had spoiled cream and they both smelled and tasted awful. We never had a bad experience before this but we won’t be returning because of this.

I got a bagel the other day and it was under cooked the cream cheese was smothered all over, too much,"plus at the 3rd way done with the 2nd side it tasted like onions grose i threw it away" they should asked if I wanted it on or not then when u say something they roll there eyes at you?! messy,the worker first gave the wrong order easy enough to fix it was in the drive threw window in Broadway Everett dunkins..

Personally I would not recommend this place to anyone and that's just my honest opinion I started two weeks ago, mind you I'm still knew. The Dunkin donuts register is complicated as who knows what. My co workers I don't even want to get started on them, they are so rude to me very impatient with me , one of them even had the nerve to tell me even if it's been two weeks there I should still know everything. Talk about poor training I could say I didn't even have proper training I just basically had to use my own ?. Another co worker of mine saw me making a few mistakes, like nobody perfect, she slammed the cup in front of my face, they talk about you in their own language, but you know they talking about you . I say this with sincerity I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't even use them as a reference to any job. I'll be glad when I get another job offer and give my weeks notice and never see their faces ever again or set place at that company ever again.

Hash browns were way overcooked and hard as a rock, my mobile coffee order (just a regular coffee, cream and sugar - nothing crazy) took over ten minutes despite the store being relatively empty of new customers. Almost every seat was taken up by the same people that gather there every morning and camp out for HOURS. This place is essentially take out only.
