I’ve been going to Mike’s Donuts from time to time for some years now. There’s even times where I’m taking a longer route to get to my destination just because I wanted to stop at Mike’s Donuts. Today’s service was a bit disappointing. I ordered a turkey and egg sandwich with no cheese. I personally don’t care for the type of cheese they use plus trying to reduce my dairy intake. Lady repeats my order to confirm which was incorrect btw. I had to stress no cheese....read full review
The Forest Hills establishment has been around for as long as I can remember. I used to enjoy getting donuts or hot dogs there, but today’s experience was disappointing. The staff member serving me was distracted, FaceTiming on her iPhone, and lacked any greeting or courtesy. I appreciate the welcoming, generous older lady with glasses, but after today's interaction, I'm done supporting this place.
