“There seems to be a lot of negative reviews for this Dunkin Donuts but I had a great experience. I ordered the sour dough breakfast sandwich and coffee and sat at table to do office work for a while. Everything was good. I think that like everything, when things get busy, the staff have to respond, which can be difficult. But I do like this Dunkin Donuts. Place was really business on the day I stopped by on a Friday. My husband got a dozen (all different kinds from maple bacon to cannoli.. to apple cider whoopie pie and more! )..And omg.. Best. Donuts. Ever. They are (by far!) the most delicious, lightest, fluffiest melt in your mouth, loaded with flavor, huge and just all around most fantastic donuts I’ve ever had in my life!! We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. “The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“

“This has to be the absolute best Dunkin donuts in the state. They have wonderful workers there Aziz and loubna are the owners and they make sure that everything is cleaned every day. They have some incredible workers Corey and lance work mostly on night and make sure my coffee is always perfect. I've never had a problem with anyone . You also have Ram who does a lot of the cooking in the morning and he is fast as heck . I haven't gone to another dunks since I started going there 9 years ago .. that's how much I appreciate their service and their attention to detail and the perfection of their work. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen - but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.“

“For a pop-up donut shop, the donuts here are fresh even in the evening. They must have fresh ones brought in daily. I've bought a bunch of donuts here and they are decent on average. Their bake quality is high though I find that the toppings are hit or miss. Their best donuts are the most plain ones - glazed or chocolate frosted for example. I must give some feedback to the owner that the maple creamie needs to lose the giant globs of sugar on top - it should either shift to maple bacon or just plain maple frosted; this flavor entirely too sweet.“
