“The employees at this Dunkin are the best! They know my name, as I am quite a regular customer, everything is always quick, correctly made, and they are overall very friendly. They greet me when I walk in, and always have a smile on their faces.

The only downside to this location is the parking lot/drive thru as it is almost impossible to get out of there in a timely manner when it’s busy since the drive thru leaves no room to get past it to exit.“

“It was like any other Dunkin experience except here my coffee comes out right oh and the other one in Wakefield up the street on main is great too. However, I can't wrap my head around why it cost $1.25 for four munchkins but for an extra $0.75 you can get six more!? The thing was I was just there for a coffee in one munchkin which if your like me and dieting you just kind of want the taste of it you don't want the whole donut or four munchkins so WHY can't I buy just one munchkin and if I'm forced to buy four why not just buy six. Dunkin for health reasons it's time you started selling ONE munchkin I mean let's face it before you were even selling munchkins you were throwing the middle of the donut away lol.“

“Honest 5 star service. I lost my wallet. An employee found it and the manager immediately messaged me on FB. But I don’t use FB so it was 2 months before I saw his message. When I finally picked it up, everything was still in it including $100 cash. The employee who found it was also the one who gave it back. She was beaming. This man went above and beyond, first driving home to pick up his kids. You see, his wife needed to get to her job so he brought his kids along for the adventure. In addition, he refused all forms of tipping despite my repeated insistence. He explained that he hopes someone would do the same for his kids if he was in my position and, as the manager, he felt compelled to make it happen. Ruben, you’re an angel, one in a million, an amazing human! I hope you receive back the blessing you bestowed on me and my son 10-fold! Thank you isn’t enough. “This place is THE BOMB. Just a grill in the back pumping out fresh and delicious sandwiches. I’ve had a few breakfast sandwiches, and they never disappoint. The bagels are some of the best in the area. Don’t sleep on the donuts either. The cake ones in particular are just phenomenal.

I’ve never had a wait, but am usually there mid week during the day. Plenty of seating, staff is friendly, bomb food— what are you waiting for?!“

“I recently visited Union Square Donuts at Assembly Row and I can’t recommend this place enough! As a Canadian visiting Boston, this was my second time here, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! However, the hired help suggested the Boston Creme Bismarck. With deep chocolate icing and homemade raise dough, the treat was satiating and tasty to beat the band. Usually the custard fillsof these are synthetical smooth. But I noticed a more natural taste and texture. At $5.00 a pop, I'm not gone get calorically greedy.“

“This has always been my favorite honey dew location. I’ve done the drive through and sometimes I use grubhub to have it delivered. They take great care in packing your delivery order. The bags are neatly stapled, your coffee has a piece of tape to prevent spilling, and your straw is slid through the top of the stapled bag. It’s a nice and neat package. “After a long day at work I normally don't stop for coffee but for some reason I just felt like I really wanted to get something to drink. I decided to try something new and went with an iced Americano, with cold foam, butter pecan syrup and blueberry or maybe coconut unsweetened flavoring. Whatever I got though it was amazing. “Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“
