By the way its run, you can tell the owner actually cares about the customer. Its always a good sign when there is a lot of regulars and you all come there so much it starts to become a community. “There seems to be a lot of negative reviews for this Dunkin Donuts but I had a great experience. I ordered the sour dough breakfast sandwich and coffee and sat at table to do office work for a while. Everything was good. I think that like everything, when things get busy, the staff have to respond, which can be difficult. But I do like this Dunkin Donuts. Place was really business on the day I stopped by on a Friday. “This donut shop is so great - their selection of donuts is so unique, and creative. They are quite expensive, though, so be prepared. They also have a wide variety of coffee and chais, which was rather nice to see. I ordered the maple latte, and it was okay. It didnt need any additional al.sweetner, but the taste was...different. Not bad, though! The staff was really polite, and kind, and there was quite a bit of seat in no available, as well as a restroom on site. I will definitely come back when I can!“

We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. “I just tried this place this past Saturday .. it was my birthday and this was my special treat. My husband got a dozen (all different kinds from maple bacon to cannoli.. to apple cider whoopie pie and more! )..And omg.. Best. Donuts. Ever. They are (by far!) the most delicious, lightest, fluffiest melt in your mouth, loaded with flavor, huge and just all around most fantastic donuts I’ve ever had in my life!! In my opinion, no place around here even comes close to their flavor/texture and just overall quality. If you like donuts, no, even if you think you don’t like donuts, run, don’t walk to this place.. I promise one bite and you’ll be converted into a donut lover!!“

“It’s like an old school dunks in here. Always filled with folks hanging out gossiping over coffee. It’s clean. They’re always fast and accurate. The staff is friendly. The gentleman with the longer dark hair really seems to enjoy is his job and will banter with the regulars, he’s really kind and personable.

“The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“Sure, it’s a small “pop-up” as other have noted. That’s not the point, they’re not here for a walk-in, sit down, and lounge while you drink coffee and eat one of their donuts. They’ve got a wide variety of selections, both for those with and without dairy allergies. That alone is hard to find. Add to that that both offerings are amazing in proportion and taste makes it even harder to find. Ignore the negative reviews, take a chance and you’ll be happy you went.“

“Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“

“I’m obsessed with the Portuguese sandwich. Iced coffee is drinkable black, which is all I really care about. Staff has always been helpful and they do their best to get us all served quickly. I couldn’t believe it was a whole honeydew inside the tiny gas station. I’m also a big fan of the coconut donuts.“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“
