“My everything bagel was toasted perfectly with my vegetable cream cheese on the side just like I wanted. I really appreciated the girl at the register asking if I wanted the cream cheese on the side of on it. She repeated my order back to me. The place is spotless with everything neat and in it's place. This is one of my favorite Dunkins!!“

“The donuts are amazing but this review is for Ruben, the manager at the Rt 1 location. I had to travel for business today and it happens to also be my son’s 15th birthday. Because my son has celiac disease, options for baked goods is limited, especially when your plane lands at 6:30pm on the big day and gluten free options aren’t known to last long once baked. Unfortunately, living in Southern New Hampshire, delivery via UberEats or GrubHub wasn’t an option But, being a father himself, Ruben kindly offered to deliver them personally after work. This man went above and beyond, first driving home to pick up his kids. You see, his wife needed to get to her job so he brought his kids along for the adventure. In addition, he refused all forms of tipping despite my repeated insistence. He explained that he hopes someone would do the same for his kids if he was in my position and, as the manager, he felt compelled to make it happen. Ruben, you’re an angel, one in a million, an amazing human! I hope you receive back the blessing you bestowed on me and my son 10-fold! Thank you isn’t enough. To those reading this, please leave an extra big tip for Ruben next time you stop in. I sure will be.“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “My sister and I grabbed food from here before driving back home. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. Also, where I’m from customers would have been so rude in a place that small forming a line. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Overall a positive experience.“

“The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“I am a very big fan of donuts. I travel all around the US to find nice donut shops and I have visited Union Square Donuts very often as I am in MA often. I just went there today.

I really do like the variety of donuts here. The brown butter cruller donut is my favorite, any time I see it there, I take it home with me. I have a cruller right next to me as I write this review.“

“It’s like an old school dunks in here. Always filled with folks hanging out gossiping over coffee. It’s clean. They’re always fast and accurate. The staff is friendly. The gentleman with the longer dark hair really seems to enjoy is his job and will banter with the regulars, he’s really kind and personable.

“They have excellent doughnuts, but we only ordered drinks today. First time trying their special drinks and it was so good! We got the blueberry cheesecake matcha and the Boston cream cold brew. The blueberry cheesecake matcha is matcha with blueberry jam and cheesecake cold foam. The Boston cream cold brew tasted like mocha cold brew with sweet cream cold foam. Both very good. “Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“Went to get Dunkin on a walk, I don’t usually go to this location, but it was on the way! The manager, Junior, was so incredibly welcoming and even gave me a hat when I asked if they were giving them away! He truly made my day and is a huge asset to the team. If he goes that above and beyond for customers, I can only imagine how well he treats his employees!!!“

“Stopped by for a quick coffee on my walk back. When I walked in the wonderful smells hit me instantly. It smells divine in this place (fresh donuts & good coffee). Plus they have a great selection of donuts, with many flavors I've never seen before. So you know I had to grab one and yes it was delicious. Gotta give the woman working that day a shout out as great service is always worthy of praise.“

“This has to be the absolute best Dunkin donuts in the state. They have wonderful workers there Aziz and loubna are the owners and they make sure that everything is cleaned every day. They have some incredible workers Corey and lance work mostly on night and make sure my coffee is always perfect. I've never had a problem with anyone . You also have Ram who does a lot of the cooking in the morning and he is fast as heck . I haven't gone to another dunks since I started going there 9 years ago .. that's how much I appreciate their service and their attention to detail and the perfection of their work. “Feels weird to give a Dunkin location a google review 😆 But, this one deserves it. They are open at 5am every day and are one of the ONLY DD locations ever that never messes up orders. It’s also surprisingly nice inside! I can personally say of hundreds of Dunkies this is the best location I’ve ever been to, and I’m grateful to have it close to home.“
