“I hosted our office event at Double Bull last night, with Musical Bingo in the Avalon room. It was absolutely fantastic! From the service to the food to the drinks! Our server, Jackie, is the sweetest and so accommodating! Rebecca the House/Event manager was a doll! She was so considerate, helpful and detailed oriented in planning the event. She even had our company logo on the menu! The office will be talking about this one for a long time. Thanks ladies from all of us!”

“I can’t wait to go back here. The front of the store is like a speakeasy in that it looks like a tea shop until they open the hidden door. The cocktail menus were so fun (I got the Lady Marmalade and it was great). The presentation of the hot pot ingredients on tiered platters and clothesline-esque racks was great. We loved the spicy broth in particular. Everything was delicious and the staff was so nice.

Everyone loved the food, and Lisa from Toscana made it easy for everyone to enjoy the party by setting up, cleaning up, and serving throughout the party. Highly recommend them for any catered parties you might host. We will definitely be using them again!”

“A must visit for those that need to eat gluten free. Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu. Large selection of gf options, which is greatly appreciated. They take gluten free very seriously and I felt safe eating here. I got the fish and chips with tartar sauce. The breading was top tier. Very crispy and hearty, great flavor. And the portion was very generous. I very impressed with how much food came in my meal. It is a pricier restaurant but the quality and the portion more than make up for the higher price tag. My family doesn't have any food restrictions, and they loved their meals too. Everybody was super happy with our visit. Highly recommend!”

“Just had a very pleasant birthday lunch with my 3 sisters. The food was really good. My sisters ordered the Eggplant Rollatini, Meatball pannini, Spaghetti and meatballs, and I ordered the Broccoli chicken and pasta and the kitchen was flexible enough to change the cream Parmesan sauce to a garlic, oil and lemon butter type sauce- all were really delicious! But the restaurant’s biggest asset was our server Izzy! She was upbeat, attentive and very fun. We brought a birthday cake and she made sure all was taken care of- just wanted to make sure we acknowledged how good she was! I do wish there were a few more lighter selections on the lunch menu like a soup or soup/side salad combo but otherwise another great time was had at Daniella’s!
PS: Would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but for the two flies buzzing around our table the whole time!”

“We booked Hungry Nomads for our outdoor wedding in September 2024. I totally recommend Hungry Nomads for private events!! Communication was quick and easy from the start. We chose to do the standard menu which is what they have on their regular food truck menu for the season. There was an option to work with them to customize the menu if we wanted. Our guests have raved about the food since the wedding! Many went up for multiple orders despite the portions being huge because they wanted to try everything! The favorites from the guests are the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich and the Birria Tacos. I personally love their burrito and the thick cut fries. We did have a second food option but Hungry Nomads was definitely capable of feeding our whole reception (130 guests). I cannot wait to find Hungry Nomads out and about at other events so I can continue to enjoy their food! We can’t thank them enough for being part of our wedding day team and helping to make the day perfect!”

Their tap room is always friendly, welcoming, and a perfect spot to hang with friends or meet new ones. GCB is a great addition to the main streets of Peabody by supporting the community and other small businesses, and this is why they are one of a handful of places I will support. If you haven't tried them yet, you should, because they truly are the last best place to stop for a drink before you get to Salem.”

“The fried rice was exceptionally fresh, the ingredients were lively, and the appetizers were well-cooked but not dried out like some other restaurants that do not emphasize that particular detail. The service was excellent and the only downside in my opinion is the small stature of the restaurant itself. Other than that, you can't go wrong.”

“Joe just went into the dunks and after pretty much giving up on being taken care of like the manager said.. when I went in the guy only took the money for my coffee and told me the donut was free. I thought hey better then nothing though I thought I should of been offered a coffee 1 time for free . The manager did say they would take care of it been there at least 8 times since the meds up and never even acknowledged so I had hivinup on it and was fine with that but then the kid tells me my donut is free. I've paid. And tipped and manager calls me back to counter confusing the kid and myself making me believe for a second he was going to refund the coffee. But NOPE. He yellse the rice of the donut and has me pay for the item I was just told was free. Don't know your morals. But in my world. That's just wrong. Whatever. OVER IT. I ALWAYS GET SCREWED. Not only am I USED TO IT. But I should have known better. Shame on me. .”

The manager Corina knew my friend and I were regular customers who often come in and invited us to stay, and not to worry about it once we saw the cash only signs at the register and realized we didn’t have cash on us as we were getting ready to leave. We are very pleased and grateful for her hospitality and our wonderful experience. Instead of having us load up the wheelchair and leave she offered for us to stay and have lunch. This location is always clean and the staff are always changing gloves and washing hands in between customers. It’s nice to see people care about sanitation and cleanliness. Thank you, so much we promise to pay it forward and to be back

“Heaven for meat lovers! Great food ready in minutes! My favorite dishes are the brisket fried rice and pork ribs. Pork ribs have a strong air-dried flavor, which tastes awesome. You can either order by pound or have a buffet. Chef is a nice guy. Highly recommend!”

I moved from Peabody to Florida in 2018 and wish we had a roast beef seafood place that was even half as good. I still visit Peabody once a year and this is always on my list of places to go. Food is still great. Yes it may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I think they are fair, everywhere prices have increased, I would rather pay a little more and keep the quality. Love this place.”

“Quite the interesting experience, not a big boba guy but I am a big hot dog guy, the dogs themselves here are really great quality. I wasn’t quite expending the regular Kong dog to be covered in sugar, and the other dogs all taste very sweet. Not was I was expecting, but still a very pleasant experience nonetheless.”

“My wife brought me home a Teriyaki Chicken sub from Charleys. I never heard of this place but my wife was out with her girlfriend. When I tell you it was one of the most delicious subs I have ever had (and I am in my 50s). It was a good sized (medium) sub with great flavor and two sliced pickles inside with lots of cheese. I definitely have to try the Cheese steak next. Kudos to this place for taking common sub sandwiches to a much higher level.”
