“The food and smoothies here are really good which is why I give them 4 stars. I go quite frequently and usually have no issues. With that being said, today is the second time in a month I have ordered a sandwich with no tomato and ended up getting home to find tomatoes on my sandwich. Luckily I am not allergic to them so I just take them off but I shouldn’t have to do that, and what if I was allergic? They really need to be on top of this kind of thing. Another thing, usually I order my food online and it’s ready when I get there. Today they seemed short staffed and I had to wait a little while which is fine but if I had asked them to remake my sandwich I would have had to wait even longer. Read the tickets and make the food properly and I’ll give 5 stars.“
“Bryan and Michele frequent tapiocatea every chance we get. Michele loves the Strawberry Cheesecake tea and of course the Teriyaki Beef Banh Mi sandwich. Bryan's go to is the Birria Banh Mi sandwich and his choice of drink is the Matcha Lavender Milk Tea. This place gets a 5 out of 5 on everything. This is a must try!!!! I got the chocolate smoothie which was delicious, the worker in there explained they use natural ingredients, etc and it tasted pure. I dropped it accidentally and they made a new one quickly and would not let me help clean. Very great service! The chicken shawarma sandwich was a special and it was so good. They are very kind and great quality food. I wish they did more advertising!“
“Cute Asian drink/banh mi/grocery store right on the edge of downtown Salem. The vegetables seemed fresh, and though items were a little expensive it's reasonable tradeoff for convenience. There's a good mix of novelty items (rare flavors) and basics. Of interest is the variety of ice cream flavors, pickled vegetables, herbs including fresh Thai basil and lemon grass, and stuffed plushies. We enjoyed the banh mi which was flavorful and on a delicious crusty baguette - wish there was slightly more meat!“

Close second is The Juicery in Salem. SoBol never skimps on anything & everything is soooo fresh and delicious every time, without fail. When I go in, it's usually teenagers working and they are very friendly and positive which I feel is rare these days, they are not sitting on their phones and being rude, they are genuinely customer-oriented and that speaks to the owner of the store and their ability to staff young people in the workforce. The store is always clean and there's always parking. The options for add-ons are more than any other place in the area--shout out to their cookie butter, it's heavenly and I always get extra. I rave about this place and if I didn't work full time and have a business already, I would probably work here LOL. Can't wait until the next time I get a coconut bowl with plant protein blended in, extra goji berries and extra cookie butter!“
