Giardino Reviews
Great food, but a bit overpriced. However, the quality is exceptional. The service was a huge turnoff. Everything i asked for something it was an inconvenience. They overcharged me on eggs too. They eggs were nothing special, but the pancake was great!
Giardinos has won as my FAVORITE place to visit in Boston. Despite eating at Michelin Star restaurants, there's one lady that's the reason I ate there five times during my 3-night stay at Encore Boston Harbor.
Patricia, was a blessing of a human, not just the best server I've had, but also a wonderful human being. She remembered my name, my order, and continued to ensure that my coffee stayed warm the entire time.

Giardino is a restaurant inside the Encore casino in Boston. The restaurant is beautiful, with a peaceful and inviting décor, light, polite music, and a stunning view to the hotel lobby. The food is good overall, and the quality is exceptional, though it is a bit overpriced, with inflated prices even compared to the rest of the Boston area. The coffee is great, which is vital for breakfast, and the cold brew is a favorite. The pancake was great, the chicken and waffles were a surprise, and the Eggs Benedict were perfectly done and very tasty, served with ham, potatoes with green pepper and onion, and an English muffin. The eggs were nothing special, and the eggs were runny when well done bacon was asked for and not received. The service was fast and friendly, though it was a little slower on one day and generally satisfactory, with a small inconsistency when leftovers were handed over in a container and bag instead of being packed. The service was a huge turnoff for one reviewer, with everything asked for being an inconvenience, and an overcharge on eggs. Giardino has won as a favorite place to visit in Boston, with one server setting the bar so high that all restaurants will now pale in comparison.
