Never an issue with this location. Love Gong Cha!
The employees were very welcoming and patient, which made my first visit to Gong Cha a pleasant experience. I tried the matcha, but unfortunately, it was pretty average and didn’t really stand out to me.
I’ve heard their boba and other drinks are really good, though, so I’m definitely willing to give them another try. Maybe I’ll find something I love next time and my review will change!

The flavors are always good, and the service is fairly fast, even during busy times. There is convenient parking available outside the store. Customers praise the large seating area, which makes it a comfortable place to relax, study, or get some work done. The store features self-order kiosks that make drink preparation quick. Many visitors enjoy popular drinks like passion fruit green tea with white pearls or coconut jelly, taro milk (no sugar) during cold weather, and the winter melon tea with herbal jelly.
