“I'll have to settle for 5 stars for our experience with Vincent Bianco Custom Catering, although10 stars would be much more appropriate. Vincent catered a 75th birthday BBQ for us, (50+ guests) and from start to finish, it was a totally phenomenal job! From the amazing food, to the service, to the value for the money, we can't even begin to say enough good things about the whole experience. This was the second time we've used Bianco Custom Catering, and most definitely won't be the last. The comments from our guests were all A++ on the food, service, staff, the clean-up, and there were plenty of left-overs for us to enjoy later. Vincent was a pleasure to work with, easy-going, made some wonderful suggestions as to types and amounts of food we may like, and was always ready to listen to our ideas. We

“We had the absolute best experience with Hungry Nomads for my mom's surprise 60th birthday party! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious, high-quality food truck in the Boston area. From the very first communication I had with them, they were quick to respond, extremely detailed, and super professional. Despite never trying their food before, I read a number of other positive reviews and placed a deposit. They continued to be communicative and answered all of my questions leading up to the event. On the day of, they arrived on time and were set up and ready to serve exactly when they said they would be. All the guests loved the food - both the variety and the quality of each dish. And at the end, we had a handful of leftover meals that we had contracted as part of our guest count, which they wrapped up in to-go boxes for us before leaving. It really couldn't have been any better - I can only hope we have another event in the future so we can hire them again!“

“We had Mr.Petisco deliver food for a baby shower. Mom to be is Brazilian so we wanted to bring a little bit of her home to the party. I had absolutely no idea what to order or how much. We had about 25 people and Lais recommended an incredibly delicious variety of snacks and sweets. They were such a hit we barely had any food left over. The owners are incredibly sweet and helpful and respond to any inquiry quickly. I would like to say Thank you so much for all of your suggestions and delivery which was a huge help! “I would like to give a shout out to Christine❣❣❣ Yesterday I was at a MBCIA presentation having just come off 28 hours of travel from Thailand 🇹🇭. I should have never booked the presentation as jet lag and old age caught up to me😩 I had to leave the presentation in the middle as I was not feeling well. Christine became my savior as I had to lie down 💕 I eventually was able to rejoin the presentation. Kudos to Spinelli’s and Christine for taking good care of me😅

I have been involved in many sports organizations in Malden and can tell you first hand, he is a gem! “Why does Mary have so few reviews?? She's INCREDIBLE. She was our wedding venue's recommended caterer and she did not disappoint. EVERYONE complimented the food. She worked with my fiancé and I to create a complex customized wedding buffet menu - we needed a gluten free table and a separate dairy free table, we wanted our wedding to be a formal tea party and needed all the food to match that theme, etc. She was great about staying in contact and immediately replying whenever I had a question; she also brought a bride platter for me while I was getting ready (she was right - the bride doesn't have time to eat!) that had deviled eggs, which weren't even part of our menu but she remembered me saying I loved so she made them for me. If I ever have another event in Salem, I'm definitely contacting her.“

“I decided to stop in for lunch and try their Peru bowl with grilled chicken. The woman who took my order was very friendly and kind and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Unfortunately I found that the value for my meal did not match the cost. I had a medium iced tea and a Peru bowl with grilled chicken and my total came out to be over 28 dollars! Below is the bowl I ordered minus a bite. For 20+ dollars for a bowl I do not expect to be served onion butts as seen in my photo. The garbanzo beans weren’t seasoned or marinated, the lime vinaigrette while nice was barely present. The quinoa, chicken, avocado were all very fresh and tasted great. The salsa was pretty good. Overall I was disappointed by the serving size, lack of flavor, and lack of attention to detail by serving the butt of an onion. Their customer service was great and I enjoyed the ambiance so I would give it another try but I am hesitant to return just because of the lack of value compared to other places that serve bowls.“
