I'll have to settle for 5 stars for our experience with Vincent Bianco Custom Catering, although10 stars would be much more appropriate. Vincent catered a 75th birthday BBQ for us, (50+ guests) and from start to finish, it was a totally phenomenal job! Our catering was done by Vincent Bianco for our wedding. From our very beginning phone call with Vinny, we knew this is who we wanted to work with. Each step, every few months he would check in.
