What a wonderful company.
I had the opportunity to work with Cool Cow Ice Cream on a multi-location, multi-day event for my organization, and that is not where the “multis” ended. Although I pride myself on not being a diva, I had to make several changes along the way and felt terrible about it. Their team, however, was endlessly patient, kind, and understanding. When it came time to put everything into motion, their implementation was flawless.
