He was so easy to work with and incredibly helpful, guiding us to create the perfect menu and overall experience for our private event. His team was equally wonderful—friendly, kind, and clearly passionate about the food they were cooking. We enjoyed two large paellas and a beautiful grazing station with endless options. The quality of the food truly stood out: the meats, cheeses, and garlic butter shrimp were phenomenal. Our guests loved every bite and savored every moment. I can’t recommend Julian and the Sensational Paella team enough—they made our event both delicious and memorable!“

“This is hands down the best Italian deli I’ve ever been to! The chicken cutlets were to DIE for. The two subs were absolutely amazing. Customer service was top notch. I live 40 minutes away and will be making this a monthly stop for sure. The premade meals section was drool worthy! And the BREAD…. I could have ate three loafs alone. I never make reviews really but this place deserves it!!!!! Don’t walk…. RUN!“

Vincent catered a 75th birthday BBQ for us, (50+ guests) and from start to finish, it was a totally phenomenal job! From the amazing food, to the service, to the value for the money, we can't even begin to say enough good things about the whole experience. This was the second time we've used Bianco Custom Catering, and most definitely won't be the last. The comments from our guests were all A++ on the food, service, staff, the clean-up, and there were plenty of left-overs for us to enjoy later. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. They were so easy to work with and genuine and accommodating - it was a dream to work with them. From our signature cocktails (blood orange prosecco cocktails, fall spiced sangria, hot toddy) to our food (biscuits and sausage gravy, lobster grilled cheese, fried chicken and waffles, French toast soufflé, Greek orzo salad, seafood salad, apple cider doughnuts, mushroom pastry purses, pear gorgonzola stars, and more!) to the beautiful spice wedding cake - it was absolute perfection. “We had a wonderful time with Chef Jason! We were impressed from start to finish. He was professional and a good human. He had menu selection google meet up w/me prior to my husband's birthday surprise as well as a kitchen walk through to make sure I had all the necessary equipment. Anything I did not have, he offered to bring. The food was delicious, each course built on one another and left us wanting more. Anything we did not eat was packaged up so there was no food waste, which I really appreciated. Leftovers heated up nicely as well. What I loved about this was it was a total surprise to my husband and he kept saying how he never would have gotten this experience and felt this special in a restaurant. Chef Jason made that happen. For the quality of food and professionalism, I thought the price tag was fair and well worth it. I can't say enough good things about this experience and loved working with Chef J! I hope to book another dinner with him in the future!

Very cozy and a little tight so not the best location if you’re claustrophobic. All locations are very flexible if you have allergen restrictions, and let them know ahead of time so they can keep gluten-free products on hand. Nice-casual is great attire but some people take on a more “date” slash “tea party” attire.“
