We thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash hummus, falafel, and cauliflower & quinoa tabouleh but the real highlight for us was the apple cider! Holy. It was the best we had on our trip around New England. Not too sweet, served nice & hot, lightly spiced and so, so good! The service was wonderful as well! “Kokeshi is in residency with Bambolina (a wood-fired pizza joint, also delicious) and it's perfect! My husband and I (and our puppy, Dexter) stopped in for lunch on Wednesday and were treated to a wonderful meal with an awesome server and comfortable outdoor seating. I had the Spicy White Kimchi Ramen and my husband had the Margherita pizza. Both were amazing! I highly recommend stopping in when in Salem!”

“I used this place for lunch on a weekday. My husband and I enjoyed raw oysters, pizza, and tacos. We tried three different kinds of raw oysters, and all of them were fresh, flavorful, and excellent.

There was a mistake with the bill, but when we asked them to check it, the staff responded right away, so I rated the service a 5.

Being able to enjoy delicious food while looking out at the ocean made it a great memory. I think the atmosphere would feel different again in the evening or at night.”

“Wow, can I say that I just happened to be in Salem and had no plans, so I stepped into a bar I haven’t been to. The Tipsy Cowboy in Salem is definitely one of my favorite bars I’ve been to in the world! I had an amazing person named Misty and she really took care of me to make sure I always had a beverage in hand and felt as if I were home at all times in the night. I will for sure be back just to have that same, unmatched experience again.”

“After spending a full day in Salem we got to the Olde Main Street Pub around 7pm our family of 4 had a great time and an amazing meal! The food was Delicious, atmosphere was so fun and energetic, the staff was fantastic, and the Guinness was perfect! 5 out 5 ☘️!”

We especially loved the oyster appetizer special—everything else was great as well, with the exception of the duck special, which was much too sweet for our taste. “The name is true, the pizza really is amazing. Jacqui has great hospitality, a delicious sauce and cheese blend atop perfectly crunchy but never overcooked crust. The garlic bread sticks are also a favorite!”

“Came here 6:44 pm 1/31/2026 to order curbside but its not shoveled out, so had to switch to drive through. Tell me how when i go to get my receipts both widows were rude and rolled thir eyes like i inconvenienced them. It was a young gentleman and woman. Not at all necessary. They need to do better.”

“I am a huge fan of key lime pie and have sampled it at pretty much every opportunity. Each time, I find something that isn’t an A+. The crust is too grainy or crumbly, the bakery has added meringue (which I like on lemon but not lime), or—and this is the most common offender—there is entirely too much lime in the recipe. But the key lime pie I had at Caramel was exceptional in every possible way, especially in its balance of lime flavor. I didn’t try anything else there, so I can’t vouch for the macarons or other goodies, but if you love key lime pie, RUN to this bakery!”

“Went to On the Grind this morning after seeing a post about them having a coconut bagel. The ladies behind the counter are very nice and know each of their regular customers. I watched them greet many and knew exactly what they were going to order or already had a preorder waiting. I ordered the coconut bagels for my son and I. One with regular cream cheese and one with pineapple cream cheese and they did not disappoint!!! The coconut bagel with pineapple was delicious and not overly sweet and lots of toasted coconut. Highly recommend trying this little hidden gem!”

Relaxed pizza spot with plenty of seating, some arcade games, and coolers with drinks to choose from. Customer service was great, everyone was friendly and they brought our pizza out to us.”

Highly recommend the Jumbo Crab Cake as a starter. This is a golden seared, griddled crab cake bursting with sweet, succulent crab meat and fresh vegetables. Served with a zesty New Orleans remoulade that packs a Southern kick and a petite salad for a crisp, refreshing balance. And their chef's *really shine with their specials. That's where I recommend the Surf and Turf Dog. And this isn’t your average frank. A small restaurant, we didn’t face any crowd when we went there which is quite unexpected considering the time was weekend afternoon in Salem! The price is most reasonable as well!”

Thin, crispy crust, TONS of cheese, seared red onions, perfect amount of sauce, and the buffalo chicken had a great medium-mild spice to it. Plus, it was reasonably priced. Also, the staff were very pleasant. My only complaint is to myself for not trying this place sooner, especially since I live next door. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!”
